"Aadmi ki pehchaan uske naam se hoti hai na, mein uska wajood hi khatam kardoongi. Iska naam, humesha humesha ke liye khatam kardoongi. Mein Jai ko Walia se humesha ke liye khatam kardoongi. Ab meri beti ko is naam ki kabhi zaroorat nahin paregi. Aur meri beti, aaj se nayi zindagi shuru karegi." (A person is known by their name right? I will destroy his name. His name, I shall destroy for ever. I will remove "Jai" from "Walia" for ever. Now my daughter will never need this name. And my daughter will start life afresh today.)
Such were the lines of Billo Massi today.
Wow. Has she ever rightly considered that had she revealed the truth about Bani's behaviour prior to him leaving for Dubaai, none of this crap would have even occurred.
She is Jai's Massi, meaning mother's sister. Then who gave her the right to remove Jai from "Walia"? She herself, is not a Walia. Jai always looked upto her as a mother expecting her to be by his side in any time. What happened to her motherly instincts when Jai was writhering in pain and frusteration and dying each moment of enduring Bani's hatred? What was it to take, in order to break her sealed mouth? A mother is willing to everything for the sake of her child, she can go against the world if it come to be. Then why is it, that Massi stepped back at the most critical moment. The period in which her "Munna" was on the verge of collapse, shattering like shards of glass by each passing moment. She very well was aware that Jai loved Bani more than life itself, then why?
She says that Bani will not need Jai's name anymore. True enough, she never needed his name in the first place. But, if she knows Bani like she claims, breaking a piece of glass cannot separate a bond which has endured the wrath of time.
Gee, I don't know what else to say. And now she has this own secret of hers. She left her daughter for some reason. Well, she better justify herself otherwise she'll have more on "to explain" list.
Thoughts?
