There're 4 possibilities...and sorry if i'm wrong as I am no psychology/medicine major...this is just assumptions based on 2 or 3 movies that the track is reminding me of...well...i haven't watched the episode yet but...based on what i've read...i can only think of it like this...
1) Humeira was in the bus...she sat next to the real Rajni Shukla (assuming that's the dead girl Ayaan saw in the morgue wearing Humeira's ring)...they probably talked to each other in the bus...the girl telling her about her life and her husband...Vikram...and vice versa, and then when the accident happened...trauma plus not being able to accept the rejection from Ayaan...she develops another personality...that of Rajni..this theory was inspired by the movie Naam Gun Jaayega...
2) Humeira actually lost her memory...but while on the bus the real Rajni was trying the ring out just as the bus meets an accident...Rajni dies...Humeira is unconscious...and mistaken identity happens...when Humeira wakes up...she's lost her memory and is told that she's Rajni Shukla...
3) coming to the question, if she had amnesia, how she remembers about having a husband, Vikram, is questionable since that's not even her husband? so maybe she DIDN't lose her memory but decides to act as Rajni Shukla for a while...maybe because she didn't want to be found..this was inspired by the movie Mrs. Winterbourne (the train that Connie was on meets an accident...and she was in the same compartment with another lady...and that lady dies...and the lady's husband's family thinks she's that lady as they've never met her before (ok...the part that inspired this thought was the train accident and mistaken identity and how connie decided to play the lady)
4) This girl is ACTUALLY someone who looks exactly like Humeira...though i have trouble believing this theory!!!
