His watch ticked eleven his eyes were set on the entrance door waiting of her to come. He sat back in frustration three hours she was three hours late.
"Taani where are you" he asked the same question for 100th time she wasn't picking up the phone nor was she replying to any of his messages.
After ages of waiting tanni finally made it
"am so sorry.. Sorry …sorry. I tried to come as fast I could am really sorry I had a meeting and then the traffic but I tried to come as soon as I can"
"Tanni just get in the car ill drop u home it's getting very late"
"But rey…"
"Tanni just in the car"
They drove in silence till they got to taani's house
"go home taanii" was all he said In a low voice
The next day in college rey didn't respond to any of tanni question and was quite around her . Taani figured that he was upset because she came very late to the date she decided to surprise.
"Okay then Mr Reyash Singhania gets ready for my surprise date"
Today
she decided to stay back and watch them rehearse but again rey didn't respond to any of her actions.
He watched the team as the dance rehearsals started she quietly made her way to the back of the room where the gang would keep all the belonging. She quickly grabbed rey belonging and looked for his house keep once he found it she took and excused herself from gang and made her to make arrangement for their surprise date.
Once the rehearsals finished rey said good byes to the gang and made his way home.
Once he got to the house he realised he didn't have the key. He was chocked first he never lost his keys before. But he decided to know on the door.
He got to the door raised his to ring the bell when the door suddenly opened slowly revealing tanni who told front of taani with a wide smile and looking beautiful in her red sari.
Rey stood there starting she looked amazing he thought he tiredvery hard not to smile back but he held his smile and just stared at her trying to show he was still angry.
They both just started at each for a while other before taani raised her arm while holding the key.
"where you looking for this.." she asked innocently
Rey stretched his hand to grab the key but taani pulled back just in time
"whats the hurry rey after all this is your house" she again told him innocently.
"what are.." he began to speak but taani put her finger on his lips.
" shhh. Don't speak just follow" she pulled him inside closing the door behind him.
Once they got inside taani took rey to his bedroom "ive taken out some cloths for you have a shower and wear them by then the dinner will be ready"
"What if I don't?" he questioned still trying to sound angry
A disappointment emerged on her face.
"then rey you will never get to know the surprises I have planned for you"
"am still not convinced that I should followedyour orders you did break my heart into many pieces yesterday I waited three hours for you three hours" he said in childish yet painful way.
Taani jus stood there staring at him thinking how to persuade him.
She walked right up to him pulled out him his hands and placed the cloths on his hands and brought his face right up to his faceand whispered in his ears and very gently whispered into his years " you choice rey if you don't you might miss out on very special moments" she teased him.
She pulled back with a smirk
"You have ten minutes to get ready the dinner is nearly ready so come quickly"
After getting ready rey made his way to the dining area. He was surprised when he got there taani have made great arrangement for their date candles were lit and flowered petals were decorated on the table and other areas of the dining area.
He walked round the dining area admiring taani's decoration he walked up to the dining tablewhich was filled by many dished some traditional other international. He lifted the lids of the dishes and suddenly felt very hungry.
His eyes searched for taani he was here where she asked him to be but taani wasn't here.
He walked around the living room and other area of the house but taani wasn't there. He made his way back to the dining room.
Once he entered the room he felt a strong grip from behind " am sorry rey am really sorry" she spoke very gently.
His heartbeat increased he wanted to hug her back but he wasn't going to forgive her just yet not soon
"apology not accepted …." He spoke breaking the hug and facing taani
"I always forgive you but this time its gone take more than asorry to persuade me" he spoke in a firm voice
" sorry don't always… wrk " he spoke again but taani put her hand on his lips.
"Time to eat" she spoke as he pulled rey to the dining table. She pulled out the chair for him to sit down. Once he sat down she began to serve him food once she was convinced that his plate was full of food she poured him a glass and juice.
Then she moved the candles closer and went to the corner of the room and turned of the lights. The room was known lit the many candles around the table.
Rey's pov….
" Today she has again really surprised me I love the little things she does to make me happy. I wonder if she know how much I just want to keep her forever I love teasing and playing around her. She looks beautiful as always I just want to hug her and never let her go. Her every move making me go crazy. God Taani your making me go crazy but am loving your special treatment but carry on I want to know what you have in store"
His thoughts were distracted by her Taani voice "Eat" she told him but he didn't start eating.
She got a spoon filled it with food and brought it to his face open his mouth with her other hand and pushed the spoon in his mouth.
She watched him eat wand waited for him to tell her how it tasted.
Rey didn't comment he kept eating. Taani just watched him expecting him to speak
"sooo…. How is it….." she asked anxiously
"its eatable …." He spoke while stuffing his face
"ohhh"she spoke gently.
She watched him eat in disappointment she began to eat form the corner of her eye she could tell that rey was starting her. Finally he spoke
"this isn't a good idea taani"
"what isn't"
"you .. me all alone… in the dark room with just candles.. Anything can happen anything can happen" he whispered with a smirk
"I don't know what you're talking about rey" she said innocently
"Ohhh…. U see that a dashing handsome boy with a beautiful girl in the same room at night anything can happen"
A blush appeared on her face.
"Well sometime adjustments can me made" answered back while staring at him
"I'll go get some more rice" she excused herself form the table
She started to make her way to kitchen in the dark when she hit something causing fall. All the food fell from her hands.
"ouch" she screamed
Rey came running with to attend to when he fell himself landing straight on Taani.
They both got up and taani stood up and gave her hand to rey so he could get up
Rey grabbed her hand and pulled her down to the floor where he was sat causing taani to land on his lap "I told you anything could happen" he whispered into her ears as he put his arms around her.
"Am sorry rey but other things can also happen" she said as she pushed him away
"Ouch" screamed rey as his hand landed on the broken glass blood started to pour out
"are you okay wait come with me he pulled him to his bedroom andbandaged his wound. He watched her as he concentrated on bandaging his hand
"First you broke my heart know you broke my hand" he complained like a three old
"Your hand is not broken it just a little wound will heal soon" she ensured him.
She was about to leave when rey pulled her into a tight grip " it still hurts"he said with a pouted face. Taani grabbed it hand and she gently started to blow on the injured arm she blow on it for while and finally gently kissed it.
" better"
"I think my cheek is hurting tooo" he complained .
"shall I make the pain it better"
"plz" he teased in excitement
