From the inception of Kasamh Se, we've seen that Jai and Bani has been each other's greatest strength but also each other's greatest weakness. Friday's episode conveyed the depth of their destruction. I'm not writing this post as a "Bani Camper" nor am I writing this post a "Jai Camper." I'm writing this post as a staunch Jai&Bani (J&B) camper. It's very disheartening and incredulous to see attitudes like "Bani can rot in hell" and/or "Jai can rot in hell." THEY ARE BOTH CURRENTLY ROTTING IN THEIR OWN INDIVIDUAL HELL. They have themselves delivered their life sentence to hell. From an audience perspective, if Bani's glory days were the times when she was independent and stood up with dignity and grace to an unrelenting Jai Walia and if Buddha's glory days were the times when his faith and trust in Bani (post Park Road and pregnancy) didn't falter, then arguably Bani's downfall was her handling of the property issue. But on the same note, can we all agree that Buddha's downfall is not the ONS itself but his actions and attitudes thereafter. It's insufficient to say that the "ONS didn't happen" and "he didn't do anything" and ultimately turn a blind eye to the events of the past three months. It's further insufficient to say that one's "imperfections" make one "perfect." That's a very subjective view but it's contradictory and ridiculous to state if one cannot accept one's "imperfections." State it with conviction and clarity but also accept with equal conviction and clarity the "imperfections" for what they are. Only then one can be respected for maintaining that one's imperfections make one perfect.
If one can attribute Jai Walia's downfall to the presence of the "Dixits" entering his life, then one can equally attribute Bani's downfall to the presence of Jai Walia entering her life. If Bani could have told Buddha about the property issue, then Buddha could have also told Bani about what he "believed" occurred with the Reptile. Let us not get into the issue of whether something happened between the Reptile and Buddha simply because HE has accepted and acknowledged that SOMETHING happened with his repeated "mera baccha" dialogues. We cannot turn a blind eye to the events during the property/pregnancy phase nor can we turn a blind eye to the events of the last three months.
We all are witness to Jai and Bani's individual state on Friday but yet we're still bashing them respectively. Why is that so????
My point in writing this post is to ask, why are we all on opposite sides of who is to be blamed more for the events that led to the destruction of Jai and Bani??? Are we all still not staunch Jai and Bani supporters??? Or are we only Jai supporters or Bani supporters respectively??? What happened to that common thread that has brought us all here???
I don't know about you all, but I started watching Kasamh Se because of Jai and Bani and will not hesitate to stop watching if the kreatives show us a cross marriage. If we don't maintain and preserve that common thread, we are only fueling the kreatives misguided notions that we would rather see Jai with someone else and Bani with someone else. Kreatives / Balaji (any inside person), if you all are reading this, you all better reserve and preserve Bani for Buddha and Buddha for Bani.
