It was almost late. The case that came in the morning was a bit difficult to crack; still it was over by nightfall. Aisha was back in the cabin after the day's work. She was ready to go home. But then, she felt like working out a bit more. After all, her mission had begun.

She went to the archives of the cases stored in her system and was going through the case that happened 2 years back.

Her hand shivered a bit over the mouse, but it was not the time to move away. Its time to face it for once and all.

Aman was walking out with Sameer calling it a day. They noticed light in Aisha's cabin and walked in.

Sam:kya hua Aisha? ghar nahi jaana kya?

Ais: sir, mien thodi baad chali jathi hu. Thodi aur kaam hai.

Ama: aisa kya kaam hai? It's already late. Leave now.

Ais: par…

Sam: koi par war nahi. Come we'll drop you. Liza aur Sree already nikal chuke hai. aur Chotu bhi. So come.

She didn't have a choice other than agreeing to it. She left with them. All along the drive Aisha was silent. Even though Aman and Sameer were engaged in talking, she was silently watching out through the window. The guys noticed it too.

Sam: Aisha…

She didn't respond. "Aisha…" she jerked up. "ha…"

Sam:kya hua hai tumhe? Kaha kho gaye ho?

Ais: nahi kuch nahi. Bas kuch soch raha tha.

Ama: aisa kya bath hai? Any trouble.

Ais: no nothing. Waise Sakshi ne kuch kaha ke wok aha ja rahi hai.

Sam:nahi. Bas ithna kaha ke do din ke leave chahiye.

Ais: oh…

She was silent again. They let it be so. After a while she was back home.

After fresh up andlight dinner she was in that favorite room of Arjun. Back in that rocking chair, facing the portrait.

She could feel the hushed voice of the team. All running here and there. The code has been broken at last. Thanks to Sree. The next location is known. Its south. The planning should be made well. The bomber, Siva is highly cunning. A small mistake can take lives.

The team moved south. At last 14^th of the month arrived. The bomb is scheduled to 6 15 pm. It's already few minutes past 4. Time was running.

Ar: are you sure Sree? Koi galathi ka chance tho nahi.

Sr: sir I have rechecked it many times. That's him.

They had a man on their clear view. He was acting casual in the crowd. It is a festive time. Casuality can sore up.

Sr:sir radiation report states that the bomb is in that car. Kafi high amount ka hai sir.it can be deadly.

Sam: uss car ko yaha se nikaalna hoga.par kaise?

Arj: leave it to me. Just distract him.

Ais: NO!

Arjun turns to her. "I'll be fine".

Sr: sir, make sure ke wo bomb kis tharah ke hai. kahi wo ignition pe blast na kare.

Sam: Sree, go with Rawte.

Ar: no…

Sam:I insist…

Arj: ok…

She saw him giving a slight wink and moving away.

Sam: team.make sure he sees us and moves away from the car. That's the only chance that we can give for Rawte.

Team nods and moves ahead in the crowd. Siva notices the ETF and tries to get closer to the car. But that way was blocked by Aisha. He smirked at her and walked deeper to the crowd, with the team tailing him.

She turned around once before going in. Arjun was at the car with Sree bending down and looking inside and also through the window.

The bomb seemed placed inside the car.

She had to move in with the team.she said a silent prayer for him and walked in.

Once the team had moved in, Arjun and Sree looked at the car. He broke the glass pane and also opened the back luggage carrier. The bomb as expected was heavily set.

Ar: Sree, kya ye ignition pe set hai?

Sr:nahi sir. Its time set. And trust me, ite hard to deactivate it.

Arj: isse yaha se dur lejana hoga.

He tries to open the front door. Force opened it and sticks the ignition by striking two wire chords.

Sr:sir, I am coming with you.

Arj: nahi Sree.Rathod may need you. Just inform him.

Sr: par sir…

Ar: time bohot kamahi Sree. Give me a GPS map, so that I can find a better place to dispose it.

Sre: sir yaha se kuch dur pe ek cliff hai. Neeche kafi gaharayi thak jungle hai. I think that will be a better place.

Arj: ok.

He takes the GPS router and leaves shortly. Sree informs it to Sameer.

Sakshi was on the way to Sneh bhavan. Their first meet… well that was memorable… in all sense…

She was walking through the corridor next day, when she saw him again, in his wheelchair. Last evening she saw his side face, and now staright. Is this a mistake? Can this be true?

She walked closer… "excuse me…" he looked up.

Sa: ACP Rawte?

He looked at her with a blank face. No emotions there but something hard in the eyes.

"No… I'm not…"

Sa: par…

"excuse me…" he asked his helper to go out. She stood there dumbstruck.

But she was sure. It's him.

He walked to Dr. Varma's cabin. "Yes my dear how can I help you?"

Sa: Doc…if I'm not mistaken… that was ACP Arjun Ratwe.

He gasped for a second. She noticed it too.

Va:kaun?

Sa: please don't play with me. you know about whom I am speaking.

Va: dekho beti…

Va: beti bulathi ho…tho please…

Varma didn't know what to tell. From where to start.

Sa: I promise I wont trouble you. Just tell me wo wahi hai na?

His silence gave her the answer. "I knew it. kya mien unse mil sakthi hu? Please…"

Va:he wont like it. tho behthar hoga ke…

Sa:bas ek bar… please…

At last he nods yes.

She was excited. She walked to his room. She knocked and walked in with his permission. He was not happy to see her again. He ignored her.

Sa:hi… I am Sakshi Anand. Mumbai se hu.

No reponse.

Sa: I am a crime jouranalist. Yaha ek friend se milne ayi thi.

Still no response. She waited for a while. His eyes were constantly glaring at him.

"SO??" was his demanding answer.

She was feeling a bit worried now. "Arjun Rawte…."

He flared up at last. "GET OUT!!!"

She stood there numb. "Par sir…"

"I SAID GET OUT!!! Aur kithne bar bolna hoga?"

Sa: I know you are upset.par aise chupne ke kya reason hai sir? All thinks you are dead. Kyu chup rahe ho aisa?

"I don't know what you are talking about. Just get lost…"

He screamed aloud. He looked in pain now. His face said it. She was worried more. "Sir… are you alright?"

She moved to him. He stopped her with his raised palm. "I said get lost dammit…."

She didn't have a choice other than leaving. As she walked out, she saw Varma in the corridor. It was as if he was waiting over there. "doc… please go to him… wo….wo…"

Va: I know. Wait for me here.

He walked in along with a nurse. And came out after some time. She was eagerly waiting for him.

Sa: hows he?

Va: better…. We need to talk. Come with me.

They walked to his cabin. That was the first meet.

Minutes later she walked out of the cabin. She had an air confidence now. She walked to his room again and walked in without knocking. As expected Arjun was asleep.

"kab thak chupoge Arjun? Tumhe bahar nikalna hi hoga. And I'llmake sure of that.bye for now Mr. Aryan Varma. Par tumhare andar ke Arjun Rawte ko mien bahar nikalke hi rahunga. And that's a promise."

She reached the Sneh Bhavan. And as always,it had a soothing feeling to walk in. the inmates were familiar with her now. She had that effect on them.

Arjun was back at the treatment zone, so there was no chance to meet him any sooner. She went to her room, which Varma had kept for her. She was in her bed, and she could feel the later visits.

The later visits also were not successful. She came once in a while. But regarding Varma's words, she kept a distance too. So that she won't hurt him physically. But little did she know that her mere call was hurting him, mentally.

At last he broke his barricade one day.

Ar: why are you doing this to me? Kaun ho tum? kya chahthe ho?

Sakshi sat on her knees opposite to him. "bas tumhe azaad karana chahthi hu Arjun!!!"

"ARJUN is already dead Sakshi. Its Aryan Varma now…"

Sa: ok… tho fir har bar wo naam sunke tumhare ankhon me dard kyu dikh raha hai mujhe?

He was silent and turned away his face.

Sa: muh modne sekuch nahi hotha Arjun. maanake tum ab wo purane Arjun nahi ho.you have some problem. Par ithne bhi bade problem nahi hai jo sudhar nahi sakthe hai.tumhare Baba ne hi kaha hai ke ye teekh ho saktha hai. tho aise chupne ka kya wajah hai?

Ar: tho tum kehna kya chahthe ho?ke mien wapas jau?sabke liye ek liability banke.

Sa: aisa kuch nahi hai Arjun. trust me, you need to go back. Uss case, aur accident ke baat jo hua, usse bhool jao. wapas aajoa.

Ar: I cant.kyunki uske baath kafi kuch hua hai. jo teekh karna mushkil hai.

Sa:matlab?

Ar: tum nahi samjhonge.

Sa:try me.

Ar:I can't.

Sa:par…

Ar: nahi Sakshi. I can't hurt him. unhone jo mereliye kiya hai, uske baad… I can't take any random decision.

Sa: kaun? Baba??

He nods. "aise kya hua?"

Ar: kuch bohot bura. Khair. Chodo. Ab zid math karo. This matter should end now. Is that clear?

Sa: no its not. Ok, tum wapas nahi aana chahthe hai, aur tumhare paas reason bhi hai. par mien tumse milne asakthi hu na?

Ar:no… you cant.

Sa: let me see how you are stopping me Mr. Rawte.

He smirked at her. And she saw it too. "what was that for?"

Ar: you are right. I can't stop you. I am already dead to me and to the world.

His tone had a pain… she could feel it at her heart.

Its time to fade away all the pain Arjun.because your Aisha is back with a mission to have her love back.
