Yes Vasu the knowledge of this fact as to whether we have fulfilled all wishes and desires of our Creator and achieved redemption rests with Him alone. Because Vasu if we do gain knowledge we may falter from our path, if redeemed we may stop being good altogether knowing that we have achieved Heaven. While otherwise knowing the fact that we are doomed to hell may lead us to become more bad, influence despair and finally destroy even a fraction of a chance of being redeemed. So this knowledge is best with Almighty Allah alone. Some questions are best unanswered. Yes we always have to struggle for that greater good.

No one is perfect . We all make mistakes but the knowledge and acceptance of those mistakes, repentance from the depths of the heart and a promise to oneself and the Almighty never to repeat them is a solution. Allah forgives and forgets Vasu if a person repents with truth and the with the sole aim to rectify the mistakes in future. Allah alone knows the matters of the heart so it is to him you promise not anyone else.😊
