How can writers, director and the team stoop so low? It was beyond disgusting. Don't makers have heart?

Or, does Indian audience lap up such cheapness and gives bucketful of TRPs (netizens are always minority)? Not only QH, the whole state of telly landscape is depressing. Is this what gets money? Are people sadistic? Enjoy such stuff 🤢?
