She sat near the window lost in her thoughts. She kept looking at the moon and her eyes spoke a hundred words that were being conveyed to the moon. It was as though not the moon but him to whom she kept talking. She closed her eyes to feel the breeze on her face. She spread out her hand outside the window to feel the rain drops upon her delicate fingers. The weather outside was pleasant. The romantic side of hers was taking over her. She peeped outside the window to let rain drops fall on her face. She felt so happy. The raindrops brought new share of happiness in her life. She played soft romantic music in her room. She felt like dressing up, she wore a pretty white frock and twirled and twirled spreading out her hands. In the end she fell on the bed and kept laughing, her laughter echoed in the room. She covered her face with a pillow, she slowly removed the pillow from her face and hugged it tightly close to her chest. She was smiling and in between she started blushing and when she blushed she hid her face in the pillow. Only one man could turn her cheeks from pink to red. She lay down on the bed hugging the pillow and blushes and murmured…
Sh: Swayam…
She started hallucinating Swayam in her room
Sh: Swayam
She was shocked to see him.
She hid her face in the pillow again. When she looked up she didn't see Swayam. Sharon hit herself on her head
Sh: main bhi na..
She got up from the bed and started saying something, which her heart felt at that moment.
Sh: I walk in the rain…
She saw Swayam again. She was lost in his dreams and continued to remain that way. She was enjoying that feeling.
"I walk in the rain with my fingers entwined in yours"
She goes and holds swayams hand; she entwines her fingers in his. She looks into his eyes.
"On an empty road I have you by my side"
She goes a little closer to him
"The long walks I cherish in the rain"
Just then she hears the thunder and the lightning sound scares her. She immediately hugs him.
"The thunder scares me, but your arms wrap me
You protect me, in your love you take me"
Swayam lifts her and twirls her in his arms. Sharon spreads out her hands and enjoyed being like that.
"The rain drops fall on our face; you lift me in your arms and twirl me"
Sharon rests her head on his chest and dances with him.
"You pull my hand for a dance, jumping on the puddles you make me live once again"
She goes near the window to find Swayam leaning to the wall and staring at her. She thinks its her imagination.
"Hand in hand we walk through a dream; you make me yours in the rain"
She goes to him… she holds his hand and moves close to him. She kisses him pouring out all her love. She breaks the kiss and started twirling.
"When I walk in the rain I think of you, I walk in the rain to feel your presence by my side
There's nothing more romantic than the rain, with you, I love to walk in the rain"
She falls on the bed and continues to smile.she pulls out his photo from the drawer next to her bed. She moves her fingers over his photo and blushes to herself. She kisses it.
Sh: I love you Swayam… more than anything in this world.
Swayam hears what she says and smiles to himself.
Sw (to himself): meri pagal siren.
Swayam was missing Sharon so he decided to come to meet her. He came in through the window like always. When he jumped in her room from the window he found Sharon behaving weird. She was blaberring something, dancing and what not. Suddenly he saw her coming towards him and he flashed his million dollar smile and he was surprised with what happened the next moment. He felt Sharon kiss him, he responded back, Sharon broke the kiss and started twirling.
He understood that she wasn't in her senses; he kept staring at her with love. He loved her actions, he felt lucky to have her in his life. He heard her confess her love again. She confessed to him long back but today it felt different.
Sh: I love you Swayam… more than anything else in this world.
Sw: I love you too Sharon
Sharon thought it was her imagination. She closed her eyes thinking about him, when she opened her eyes she still found Swayam standing in her room.
Sh (to herself): yeh kaise ho sakta hai
She got up from the bed and went to him. She lifted her hand and touched his face and she could feel his skin.
Sharon was taken aback and she screamed
Sh: aaahhh
Swayam didn't expect her to shout. As a reflex action Swayam covered her mouth with his hand.
Sw: Sharon it's me
Sh: tum sach mein ho?
Sw: yakeen nai hota toh phirse kiss karke dekho.
Sharon blushed when he spoke about the kiss
Sh: toh maine tumhe sach mein kiss kiya, voh sab…tumne sab sun liya?
Sw: haan
He flicked her nose with his finger.
Sharon's cheeks turned cherry red. She was smiling and blushing. She loosened swayams grip on her and turned to go to the other corner of the room. Swayam pulled her close to him and wrapped her in his arms from behind. He placed his face on her shoulder and tightened his grip on her.
She felt his breathe on her shoulder and was loosing her senses.
Sw: hmmm so janab mere baare mein soch rahe the
Sh: nai voh
Sw: aap pakde gaye ho, jhoot na boliyes
Sharon blushed but she transformed into her diva self and urned to face him and with attitude in the voice she replied,
Sh: haan.. soch rahi thi, tumhe koi problem hai?
Sw: bilkul nai, infact I loved it.
He kissed her forehead and pulled her close to him and hugged her. Sharon wanted to be close to him in such a romantic weather and like always her loverboy fulfilled even this wish of hers.
Sw: chalo mere saath
Sh: kaha?
Sw: mere saath bearish mein nahi chalna?
Sharon's face glowed in excitement.
Sh: really?
Swayam nodded. Sharon sneaked out of the room with Swayam through the window,
Sh: Swayam this is so awesome, hamesha se chahti thi ki tumhare saath aise rahu…
Sharon rested her head on his shoulder and held his hand and walked with him. Just then Sharon saw swayam's cycle parked outside her house.
Sh: cycle…
Swayam chalo na cycle pe chalet hai
Sw: par tumhe to walk karna than a
Sh: please chalo na
Sw: okay chalo
Sharon sat in front of him. Swayam felt like a dream come true and for Sharon it was such bliss. It was raining and she was going on a bicycle ride with Swayam. They kepy talking, laughing, when suddenly Swayam stopped
Sh: kya hua?
Swayam ointed towards something
Sh: awww Swayam I love you
She hugged him sitting on the cycle.
Sw: Sharon aaram se varna dono gir jayenge
Sw: tum yahi ruko main abhi aaya
Swayam goes to the ice cream parlour and brings her fav choco chips ice cream. Swayam parks the cycle near the shop and decides to walk back home with Sharon.
The road was empty, only Swayam and Sharon were walking on the road. Sharon was living her hallucination. They danced on the road, jumped on the puddles, Swayam saw the kid inside Sharon. They reached Sharon's house. Swayam helped her to go to her room. Both of them entered her room through the window.
Sh: thank you so much Swayam, inn palon ko mere liye itna special banana ke liye.
Sw: love you and her smiled at her.
Sharon took a towel and started to dry his hair.
Sw: hum zindagi bhar aise hi rahenge na Sharon? Promise karon na pelase…
Sharon kisses his cheek
Sh: promise.
Sw: Sharon pehle tum chang kar lo varna bimar pad jaogi and main ghar jaati hoon
Sh: no… abhi bhi bearish ho rahi hai tum yahi rahoge, jab bearish ruk jaye chale jaana.
Sw: pakka?
Sh: haan.. tum ruko main coffee lekar aati hoon.
Sharon brings coffee for both of them. Sharon sits in between swayam's leg with swayam's hands around her near the window sipping coffee. They keep talking, with Swayam teasing her in between when he caught her hallucinating about him. This rain came in bringing loads of new memories in their life.
