I also dont know
Before nikah i dont think so mehndi was done so the day after is nikah , so no other rasam before
But after nikah i dont know i think there is some rasams ( at least there is waliima )
Yes
I am muslim but not indian so rituals are not the same
i think Cvs are quiet creative when it Come to rasams
So dont worry they CAN invent some rasams by using their imagination 😆 😆
Yes i dunno about signing and signing for what , to do nikah !!
Well here things are much easy
Anyway rituals changes from place to another
But what is common or what we at least we Apply
For us there is the day of writing marriage contract on "adul" is the person who make this contract either u go to him or u CAN call him in ur house and signed the contract (the bride and groom) and at least 2other ADULTS witness and the bride should take what we call it "mahr" from her groom its Like a gift but its neccesery for th marriage
And then mehndi nikah and the day after nikah its walima we call it in morroco breakfast so family of bride Come to see her friends neighbors also come and just make some wishes
Baas Thats it this is what common( but still in some places they are doing so much rituals )
Well a typical Pakistani Muslim wedding has 4-7 rasms:
1) Some people have dholki which is kind of like Sangeet. You can start dholkis a month before the wedding and do them every weekend. They're really fun!
2) There is a maayo ceremony in which you apply ubtan to the bride.
3) Bride's mehendi (Groom doesn't come)
4) Groom's mehendi (Bride doesn't come)
5) Nikaah (the actual signing of the papers and saying Qubool Hai)
6) Shaadi
7) Valima
All those jashns were foreign to me and the mehendi is usually split in two ceremonies... And bride are groom aren't together.
Thank you...What is ubtan, is it like haldi..Nikah and shaddi r different..
