Actress Narayani Shastri has come up with a unique idea to get all her friends together for a New Year party. "Most of my friends are extremely busy in their respective lives. There is barely any time left for friends. So I always make it a point to plan a get-together for my Mumbai-based friends," says Narayani.

This time around, Narayani has decided to celebrate the New Year with her friends whom she hasn't met for several years. Interestingly, most of her friends will fly down to India from America and Australia to attend her New Year bash. "I wanted to have a small party for my friends of 50-odd people. Then I decided to invite all my friends who have moved to other countries," she says. Narayani has been working on the guest list for the past one month. "Since a lot of people are expected from abroad, it requires some pre-planning," she explains.

Her guest list includes a few family friends, close pals from the industry, a few from the music industry and a few guests from other walks of life. "Gaurav is helping me organise the party(oh no...shaadi se pehle hi jooru ki ghulami...uff..ufff..ufff...kya zamana aa gaya ,bf event manager ban gaya 😭 ..chalo khair ..Lage raho gavrau ji ,lage raho 🤢 ). He is taking care of the food and drinks,''(ye hoi na baat...kitchen ke kaam abhi se seekh raha hai👍🏼 ,warna future mien N belan ,mar mar kar hamare sheroo ji ,ko ganja kar de gi😭..aur ganje sher ki koi value nahiin hoti ,,hai na? 😉..)she informs. The party is slated to be held at photographer Amit Ashar's studio. The lady has excluded media from the list. "I don't want my friends to be conscious of cameras. The idea to have a party is to chat and have fun. I do not want any publicity on this because it'll make us feel uncomfortable," she reasons.

While most things are taken care of (and who is taking care of everything?mmm....obviously her Just-Good-Friend 😉.... and u know guys, this Mr JGF ,who is soon going to become her husband ,is also taking cooking classes 😉...ji haan...he has already learnt how to make a fantabulous potato-paratha for his JGF 😉..), Narayani still seems to be in a fix(o rani ji..saano dasso , tada ki problem hai ga ?). Apparently, she hasn't made up her mind about what to wear ( aa te bahut hi nikki jai problem hai ..any strapless dress would do?😉...a strapless dress has become your uniform ..and u still don't know what to wear ?....kya rani ji ,aap bhi kabhi kabhi bahut makhol karti hain 😉..)for the party that she is going to host. "I don't want to spend Rs 50,000 for an outfit that I will probably never wear again. Now I'll be ransacking the suburban stores. Hopefully, I'll get hold of an outfit that will make me look gorgeous," she says.
