or the member that u were sending the pm too

actually u have to find it out.
if u were sending PM to suppose 10 people and the messahe shows ur blocked from sending PM so do one thing try to send PM to those 10 people individually there myst be the one to whom u cannot PM sootay will be the person who blocked u.

i know its not easy but acc. to me this is the only way lolz
