As far as I remember this sultan is a gangster.
In the holi sequence also he was trying to hide from the police
if it is true that he is comming to rk mansion then for sure everybody is going to know about it
and so will the police and his enemies
if this gangster comes out from under cover straight into the spotlight (As RK is a celebrity)
