This is getting out of hand. Justice for what exactly? Unrequited love?...that isn't a crime. Suraj was an asshole and a shitty boyfriend to Jiah but he's not fully responsible for her death, the girl already had issues as it is. Also it seems like Jiah's mom is looking for someone to blame..this is probably her coping mechanism but the truth is her daughter was secretly depressed and going through a lot and she was unaware of it.

I don't get it why her mother is doing all this? I mean seriously, you've lost your daughter just now, can you stay quiet for a moment? What's with all this news/page asking for justice? what kind of justice she's asking for? Suraj was not a husband to Jia, he was hving an affair with her. Jia was in love withhim so all blame can't be putt off onto Suraj's head only.. her mother should stop doing all this nonsense.

But what justice are they talking about after her death? I admit what happened was tragic and unfortunate, but it wasn't a murder. So I'm sort of confused as to what justice they are talking about.

Justice for what? She CHOSE to end her life, no one forced her to and neither did anyone murder her. People are going a bit overboard, would be better if they let her RIP, dragging this further won't do any good.

You know, I understand personal loss and that everyone grieves in different ways, but when one is grieving, it should be paramount that the dignity of the one passed on should be maintained irrespective of the manner in which the death occurred. I think that it is appalling in the manner which this entire tragedy is being handled.

Suraj Pancholi is base human if he did do everything that he is accused of doing, but what was his investment in his relationship with Jiah? She was another girl in a long line apparently.

But it is of no use to Jiah screaming rape, abuse and torture now, when she is no more and wanting justice when those closest to her were aware of the abuse and did nothing, and they were the ones with the greatest investment there - blood ties and alleged close knit.

It is a pity when one takes to Twitter and Facebook for something so important, because it ends becoming a mockery and Jiah Khan will always only be remembered for the scandals now, rather than the sweet girl that she was in life. Tragic actually.

Its india first a fall.. BW or powerful people dont get punished.

Then in this case, Suraj didnt kill her.

Poor soul's life is getting discussed after her death in masala papers..Very sad.
