| Kiran wed Rinku on 1st March, 2001. It was a traditional Hindu marriage ceremony in the presence of few close family and friends. Kiran wore a gold kurta pyjama and Rinku wore a silk salwar kameez . For the reception, Kiran wore a grey suit and Rinku a purple silk saree. |
1st March, 2001. At Kiran's place in Kandivali, Mumbai. Kiran Karmarkar. Kiran wore a gold coloured kurta pyjama and I wore a traditional red sari. Love. Two months. Both our rings are look-a-likes. It is a diamond solitaire studded on the gold band. Strong personality and a go-getting attitude. Everything was within the budget, but my jewellery was a little costly than I expected. It was a vidhi marriage with saat pheras. It was pretty unusual because we had precisely just 24 days to get married after our parents met, and the whole process of arrangements was an event to remember. |
