i think u got the doubt from the promo...the promo says jiskey liye shiv ne gauri ko thukraya us hi nne kiya shiv ke saath vishwaasghat

it means:
for whom shiv left gauri ..dat person only betrayed shiv..!!

vishwaasghaat=breaking the trust
