The only thing we can do is tht we will spread gases to make them un conscious… yes it will effect hostages too but tht is the only thing we can do… but this will also make them hyper and alert ..and they will run towards us or may open fire.. do not fire back until ur sure tht u will kill the terrorist not the hostage.. thn shout ..b very sure..oky
