Hey all!! My goodness, as we have all noticed so much has happened in KAA within the last two weeks or so... Gauri was thunderstruck at finding out about the kundali and loses her senses... She is continually haunted by Shiv's shadow and is made to realize that without him, she is non-existent... Then we come to see the other half of the "raaz"... This too, was quite predictable, although I must admit, I refused to believe it at first... But I still am unsure about SI relationship...

Anyways, the point of this topic... Well, we have come to see two sides of love throughout these two or so weeks as well. On one side of the coin is Gauri's unconditional love, on the other is Ipshita's... love. You may be wondering why I did not say "unconditional" love from Ippi's side... There is reasoning to that...

Gauri's Love:

A girl comes from Calcutta with her family composed of her aunt, father, sister, brother and sister-in-law. She is not very ambitious, but very dignified and carries traditional values. She is introduced to a man, whom she gets attracted to... Her faith lies on him so heavily... and one day he shatters it like glass. The pieces stinging her eyes letting a river of sorrow flow by... She ends up at some cross-road in life where she perceives no hope from either side. Nonetheless, she decides to take up the test of fate, enduring seething hatred, piercing insults, an ever present grief... Eventually her life begins to change... The fate she had cursed for getting became the goal of her life... The hatred, the insults... all forgotten. In the midst of all this, she realizes the man whom she had been bonded to by the thin thread of marriage was the mere means of her survival... He became what a breath is to life... Catastrophe threatens when she learns of a dark secret underlying this inextinguishable relationship... But the storms are no match for one who has sunk so deep into a sea of love... passion... She drops everything and runs towards her destiny. Despite very well knowing that his companionship meant the death of her, she refuses to let go... The one death I die with you by my side is much a better leave from this life than the million deaths I would endure without you, she claims... She is willing to let anything... everything... go, just of for the sake of being with him. For her, when it comes to him... She takes no chances... Nothing else matters... Yes, she is selfish. She is selfish because she desires his companionship... but that is all... Even if it lasts only until tomorrow...

Ipshita's Love:

Ipshita reigns from a well-off family who are family friends of the Kapoors. She has grown up with their son Shiv... Shared the many memories of chilhood and growing youth... The smiles, the tears... One day she shows up at Kapoor house where she sees Shiv in the marriage alter with another... Gauri. Within the rough phases of the marriage, she sides with Gauri. Showing her the new ways of life, supporting her whenever needed... She is followed by an estranged lover Anupam, whom she pays no heed to, yet the lad continues in his efforts... Gradually it is revealed that all along, she shared a relationship with Shiv... a relationship far beyond the realms of what one calls "friendship"... Love... Or so the claim. For the sake of being with Shiv, she involves herself in a major plot... A plot to attain Shiv's companionship for a life-time. Very well knowing that Shiv's wife would die within eight months of the marriage, she agrees to allowing her love marry another...

Ok, so there is Gauri who is willing to die for Shiv's companionship... and then there is Ipshita, who is willing to literally, kill for his companionship... From the little knowledge that I have on the topic, love is often equalled to sacrifice. One who loves another is willing to go to the ends of the earth, the deapths of the seas... Just for thier beloved. I've heard it so many times in serials and am sure it is true, but when one asks their loved one, "can I ask something from you?", the other responds, "even my life". The latter is willing to die for the sake of life... Unconditional love... Gauri is like that. Ipshita wants to marry Shiv, but he is already married... According to rituals, not for just one life... But seven... She'll have to wait lifetimes... or perhaps will never... be able to attain that which she desires.

I may have sounded biased. To be honest, I am. But nevertheless, please excuse that and give an honest opinion. If you encourage Ipshita, give me valid reasons and I shall consider... But truly, is love comparable?

Cheers,

dc

Yeah,I agree 😊

Gauri's love comes straight from the heart ā¤ļøIt's new,yet pure 😳Gauri is willing to give up her whole life just to be with Shiv for a couple of weeks 😭She doesn't care if she lives or dies,as long as she gets to see Shiv right before her death 😭 😭She can't stand the thought of being away from him for even one second and constantly worries when he doesn't come home on time šŸ˜†She gets nervous and vents all that nervousness on her family members She is willing to break all ties with her father, just to be living in the same house with her "Prince Charming"!Now,not too many girls are willing to do this for their lovers, are they??Tell me something though...are you willing to do all this just to be with the one that you love and cherish??Can you sacrifice your whole life knowing that after your death who knows what might happen??This is true love in my eyes;Gauri is one un-selfish,kind-hearted lover...Shiv is veryyyyyyyyyyyy lucky 😳 😳

Ipshita,on the other hand,is not at all this way 😔What kind of person risks someone else's life to get her own way!Ya,ya,ya I know..so she loves Shiv, but love just doesn't mean loving that one person that you find attractive...it means loving the whole world as well>Not just any ol' person you feel like loving 😔But,again some people are not given that beautiful gift of love...that's why they cannot show, from deep down inside, what it means Ipshita really needs help;she might need to learn a few things from Gauri before she goes opening her mouth and spouting out those "I love you" words 😔

Why can't Shiv tell the difference!!!What does he lack...a brian Come on...I know he has a brain and it's high time he uses it 😔

DC you have so beautiful described yout thoughts and i must add something

SHIVS Love!!!!

To save the woman he loved from death, he has agreed for there love to marry someone else. The guilt of Gauri being hurt and willing to die for him is killing him.. He is face to re-evaluate LOVE! what is love and why does she love him so? Here we have a man confused with the whole concept of LOVE

There Friendship has an element of love which is proving to be stronger than his love for Ipshita. He can't see anyone hurt Gauri, or see her die. Is this not Love??
