June 5 -One year of seeing, knowing and loving SI

I wanted to share that today June 5 is my one year of seeing, knowing adoring and loving Sanaya.

In May last year a friend from India recommended me to watch BALH. I had started watching a few episodes and as I was searching for it I came across the June 4 2012 episode of IPK(kidnap hut scene). And I was hooked. I went back and watched from beginning.

This was the first of SI I saw...






She is indeed the most versatile actress of the current breed on TV and if I may dare say even Bollywood.

When I first saw her acting I couldn't believe that an actress on TV could play such a role to such perfection. I was so struck by her presence that I went back and watched IPK from the start. She had me floored totally with her comic timing and dancing abilities. And what can I say about the expressions that come out of her in romantic scenes! Really makes you go dhak-dhak.

I realized that she is the only actress who looks like a million bucks even In crying scenes. She just melts your hearts in those emotional scenes Just look at this...first time I saw her in crying scene...from the same episode...

Then I decided to watch her earlier show MJHT! I was left with my mouth open! Is this the same actress who played khushi now playing this quiet, shy, reserved Gunjan! Her subtle expressions, her coyness, and sweet bearing blew me away totally. Gunjan's character came to life only because of Sanaya.
And she did me in totally in this scene...I have seen this so many times...

Then came Chhanchhan! I thought how much more different from Khushi can she make this one! And there you go, she did it again! Chhanchhan has been portrayed as differently from Khushi as possible and only a versatile actress can do it. And boy, she gets prettier each day.

I have not had a chance, but will surely catch up with some episodes from her lesser known shows Left Right Left and Radha ki Betiyaan where she plays a gray character.

One thing about Sanaya is that she makes others around her also look good. Her interviews and interactions on sets also tells me that she is the most humble, caring, sensible, straightforward person as well.

I have never been so impressed with any celebrity.

So I am relatively a newer fan of SI. but definitely one for life.

BTW, if you are wondering what happened to BALH, as you guessed right I dumped it for SI shows.😆😆

I had stopped watching daily shows but landed up on balh promo during kbc, two my fav actors so deided to watch and landed on ipk , ofc like you i too ditched balh,

But my ifan story with sanz is different , i saw her in mjht though she is like gunjan in real life , hence gave negative to her acting😭

After seeing kushi i realized that sanz is one actress who can act any scene, look good in any attire and is ready to do any scene be it samosa stuffed mouth or white haired judge.

I liked her as actress but now after her clear cut answeres andhandling things very neatly i am her fan and because of her i even comment on her profile which i found silly earlier,

I have to thank IPK for introducing me to Sanaya Irani. I have never followed any Indian show before that, so did not know much about telly actors. I also did not expect I will enjoy any of their acting.

I started watching sanaya's previous show probably 2-3 months after it was launched and like so many others got hooked to it , the show was awesome and so were the leads ...magical chemistry. At that pt. of time , used to find sanaya an extremely beautiful girl and a good actor , that is it. Slowly the show became my favourite past time in the evenings and then I discovered india forums and started seeing the off screen segments etc .

Realised sanaya is one fun loving total parsi madhatter ( one of my best friends is a parsi and boy they can be so eccentric and mad at the same time ... ) , used to enjoy her interaction with all her co actors , virtually had a smile on my face always. Started seeing her dance performances in various shows and realised she had all the skill sets of a typical hindi film heroine.

When did I become a fan ... Well in the last 4-5 months of her previous show , I saw her character and personality shining from one crisis to another ... Behind this fun loving crazy personna their lies a lady who gives in her 200% to her work , way above routine professional requirements . She does not hold grudges , is an extremely loyal friend and what I like most about her , is her clarity of thinking and speech. You know exactly where she stands in a perticular situation , you may not like what she says , but to me she is a breadth of fresh air amongst celebrities who are either too diplomatic or too vague and ambivious in their speech.

As a fan I would like her to reach greats heights , but here I would quote my favourite line " water finds it's own level ' . Whatever she is destined for viz a viz her ability , she will get it. She has a fan here who would always be part of this journey with her and when the arc lights fade , I am pretty sure sanaya would continue to spread her sunshine , amongst her family and friends like she does always.
