I'm not sure how to do that for windows movie maker. I use VideoPad and there I either use the Crop effect or the Motion effect. Basically, the crop effect cuts out the logo and the motion zooms and expands the video which basically once again cuts out the logo. Dunno if that helps. Not sure how to blur the logo though so maybe someone else will have a better idea.
