So I know many of you don't really keep track of the writers of this awesome show, but I'm one of the few people who actually do. And from what I've seen from so many episodes, I know that there are some writers who truly know the characters well and that shows in the episodes they have written.
Ben Edlund, Robbie Thompson, Jeremy Carver, Adam Glass, and Daniel Loflin are some of my favorite writers. These guys are, first of all, superbly talented and very creative but they also understand Sam and Dean like we do. They know their style so we rarely have a moment during their episodes when we think something like this is so not Dean or Sam. They try to tie all the loose ends so we are not left wondering what the heck just happened. Even when certain "bad" creative decisions are made, their writing tries to save the day.
So I want to know who's your favorite Supernatural writer. If you don't keep track of who's written which episode, try and Google your favorite episodes and see if a certain writer pops up more often.
