He wants to mortify Khushi's volition, wants to push her to the edge to see how much she can endure. Suddenly a question arises in my mind, is he bounding Khushi to confess her love for him? Or he is just punishing her to get engaged with someone else. He is reeling under the effects of a complex melange of emotions that is deranging her completely. By approbating her to do the arrangement of the engagement party, he wants to smolder her with excruciating pain. He can see the resentment in her eyes, what convulses him more.
He gives his final verdict and leaves the place in haste. While leaving he throws an arrow of glare at Khushi and then to the rest of the people. La is crying in resentment. how her parents, who live abroad, her cousins, friends can join the ceremony in such short time! Anjali tries to pacify her, that she will make Arnav understand. Mami admonishes Anjali, whether the marriage will turn bye bye to hello hi. Mami is right. How Arnav's temper is rising there is a possibility that the marriage can bid bye bye. Khushi gets disquiet to see their anxiety. she knows the reason of his subtitaneous decision. She decides to talk to Arnav. She knows very well that she only can make him understand.
Khushi catches him on the stairs. But Arnav averts her and goes to the poolside. Khushi follows him there.
Khushi- why are you doing this?
Arnav- I don't need to answer you, what I'm doing?
Khushi- where the engagement is fixed for next month, then why?
Arnav- the engagement will occur tomorrow.
Khushi- why so fast?
Arnav- who are you to interfere in my personal decision?
Khushi- what do you think of yourself? nobody speaks in front of you in fear, it doesn't mean" she stops to see his reaction, then resumes, "Anjali and nani discussed with the pandit and fixed the date then." she stops again ans starts after taking a pause. "Lavanyaji also needs time to get ready."
He snatches her words, "so she sent you to talk to me?"
Khushi- no.
Arnav- then why did you come? if it their's problem then let them
Khushi- plz give them a chance. they tried to talk to you, but you didn't listen anything.
Arnav-neither will listen to you. so just get lost.
Khushi- nahi get lost.
He turns his face to look at her.
Khushi- you have to listen to me. It's your engagement, not a game.
Arnav- you will make me understand? first you take care of your engagement.
Khushi gets restless hearing the brutal truth, "Not me i'm talking about your engagement."
Arnav-exactly
he takes a step towards her. "it's my engagement. Khushi, my engagement happens or not, it occurs tomorrow or after a year, what makes a difference to you.?" He now hits the nail.
Sheer perturbation is visible in her eyes. She convulses inwardly, stammers, "your engagement happens or not happen, why it will make difference to me? did you listen what I told, it doesn't make any difference to me." La is talking to her parents about the next day's engagement. It seems like all of them are getting prepared for the party. Arnav comes there holding Khushi's hand. When they entered the hall he extricates her hand. "ek minute Lavanya." When the episode first aired I thought he will announce to do the engagement right then. He says that the engagement will take place on next week, as Khushi convinced him that it's not possible to do the party in such short time. All of them get delighted to hear the news. He wants Khushi to do all the necessary arrangement, cause she is very much responsible for this marriage. He witnessed her in office that how hard working she is. Khushi embroils at his preposterous behavior. She is certainly now in despondent state of mind. La gets delectable to hear that, "of course she will do, right Khushi?" Khushi nods yes reluctantly. Arnav moves prowlingly towards her, he says derisively, "I hope it will not make any difference to you?" He wants to test her endurance.
All of them congrats Khushi to achieve this arduous Job. La asks her how she made ASR agree? Khushi avoids to answer and tell them to start the arrangement. Anjali wanted to postpone her date. But Khushi insists her to go. When mami taunts how cum phati saree do all the works lonely, Anjali , La, Akash all wish to help her. Anjlai excitements knows no bound, she is taking Arnav's measurement and thinking to buy the ring first and then costumes. She requests him to go with her for shopping. But Arnav is repulsive. Khushi calls and she discusses with her about the shopping and tells her that the jeweler will come home with the collection. Arnav perturbs hearing Khushi's name. I guess he is concocting something to torture her. Shyam comes there and sarcastically teases Anajli for getting oblivious about the date. He pardons her as the preparation is going on for her bro's engagement. What a swindler! he must be exulting inwardly that the date is cancelled. Anjali wishes to make Arnav wear a closed neck kurta. Aranv admonishes and wishes to wear his regular outfit instead. he leaves in disquiet. Anajli gets upset at Arnav promiscuity. Shyam tries to make her understand that the restlessness is because of the marriage. shyam is clever, and a great manipulator. He is a skilled player, knows very well how to play with people's mind. Today he again indicated that he may have an extra marital affair. smart fellow, preparing for his defense.
Khushi is tensed, so she is making mountain of jalebi and talking to the phone, at the same time. She has to arrange so many things in a short span of time. The phone slips from her shoulder and Shyam grabs it, "so you were tensed, cause you have the responsibility to do the arrangement of Arnav and La's engagement.' Khushi gets flummoxed to hear this , "how do you know?" He turns away from her to think some extempore answer, "It's a common sense, as you started to go there again and the time is engagement, so I thought. or this rich people are like that, they like to exploit others. That's why you are so tensed. making so much jalebis. Don't you think, you should spend more time at home? uncle, bua they need you." When he sees Khushi is upset, he tells her that it's ok and gives her a jalebi to eat. He turns to leave to meet buaji. But Khushi calls him and tells him that today she talked somebody on Anjali's phone, whose voice is same like him. Shyam gets nervous and starts to defend himself that he didn't call anybody , as there was a network problem where he went today. Khushi tells him that she is not accusing him, just told hem the coincidence.He understands that he talked more than needed, so he avoids her. Khushi still looks ambiguous, doesn't seem impressed with his words.Good go girl, think, apply your dimaag more.
Mami is trickily trying to show Akash some bride's pics. When Akash shows his reluctance she leaves in frustration. Anjali comes to discuss about the invitation. She is happy that the invitation card is ready. She teases him when his marriage card will publish? how his relationship is progressing? Akash tells her that he approached her. Anjali gets enthusiastic to know the answer.
Amma is trying to make Khushi accept her marriage. She can see the sadness in her. She is telling her daughters that the pair actually made in heaven. She elaborates the significance of marriage and life partner, "sometimes it seems that life is like a dream, you meet someone, fall in love and get married." Amma's words takes payal to Akash's thought. Amma comes to khushi and tells her, "sometimes the decision made so fast that we keep asking ourselves is it right what are we doing? who is this man, with whom I'm going to spend my whole life? I don't even know him properly. thousands of questions arise in the mind, but can't get a single answer, why? cause the answer only can be gotten by leading the life together. Sometimes this relationship stays forever." She knows Khushi's despondence, so she is trying to pacify her. She knows how upset Khushi is about her marriage with Shyam. She holds her hand with a plea, " Khushi, you and Shyam's relation may take a turn, my heart says you will get all your happiness after marriage." She gives her the motherly assurance. it's a dua to God for her daughter, who didn't born from her womb, but she is not less than her mother.
God surely granted a mother's wish. Soon Shyam will take a U turn from her life and Khushi will get myriad happiness after her marriage with her prince charming Arnav. Cause God already made Arnav and Khushi's pair in heaven.
