Google Chrome..Help!

Hey! For those who use Chrome, I used to be able to drag links over to a new tab and it would automatically open, but it doesn't work anymore even with the same links. So I was wondering if anybody knew if there is a setting that I might have messed with unknowingly or something? Please help me out somebody! Thanksss! 😃

There's a drop down menu next to the star for bookmarks... click on that first

Towards the end there's a option for Settings..

I'm looking for what setting it might be but I'm not sure 😕
