what they mean
if ehh are rated is it count as a vote too ?

Tohru the Chaskameter is a ranking for a forum and it is based on what forum members rate the show or the forum. Everyday only one vote per member is counted so you can hit it 10 times in a day, but only your first vote will be counted. I hope that helps!
