Lakshmi sitting alone in the canteen. Vishnu comes to give company. Lakshmi changes her seat. Karthik joins her. Both watch Vishnu's comedy feeling exhibits – Shivaji ganeshan thothar , apdi urugi urugi showing his feelings for Lakshmi. Karthik & Lakshmi enjoy all his hilarious actions [ me tooda kanna]. Karthik notices love in Lakshmi's eyes & tells her that she too has failed in her acting.
Karthik & Raji in their cubicles. Poor Raji again apologises for the mistake. Karthik says he been hit below the belt , the relationship which blossomed slowly & steadily ruined by a single blow called mistrust , breaking takes a minute , while patch up a long time.. Vishnu tries further to impress her , then tells that he has already typed out his resignation letter & addressed to Susan & HR & the e mail will be dispatched at 5.30. Lakshmi pretends to be indifferent. Once he leaves , goes to his table to check & finds the typed letter. Vishnu comes smiling , both smile at each other . Naughty Lakshmi sends the mail & asks Vishnu to plead with them.
Virumandi back in office again. Saund entertains him & calls Raji to the canteen. Man has come with a proposal for Raji [ Yov manusha , veedunu onnu irukku & Raji will return there every evening. Raji's parents have already started groom hunt. Arrogant Karthik says it her life , let her do what she wants. Impetuous Raji shots back – your real face revealed – arrogant & obnoxious – feel sorry to have befriended a person like you. Raji in a fit of anger calls father & gives him green signal to go ahead with the alliance.[ Why this anger Raji – after all Karthik is just your friend , any way you both have to keep up your promises – marrying person of your father's choice & karthik not changing raji's manasu .]
