Who will win - Masterchef India 3

MasterChef Kitchen Ke Superstar seems to be reinventing and rediscovering new flavors and new food innovations in the past week challenge. The idea to create new flavors was done in a conquest to create something new and for its typical elimination challenge.

Last week the list shortened with one more eliminated contestant named Yasmin. Although, the contestant did well, by way of working with Doel in her Dal Dhokli contest and Amul factory, while creating new flavors in Ahmedabad, she still could not be saved.

Last week the 6 kitchen stars travelled to Vishalla, Ahmedabad for their new food challenge. The contestants were roped in creating Dal Dhokli and 1 more innovative Gujrati dish contest, by dividing them in teams of 2. Although, Yasmin had been put alongside Doel, the latter could not help her in scheduled time frame and they lost in the challenge.

Later, the duo could create magic in the ice cream lab. While their team recreates an ice cream flavor of saunf, elaichi and jalebi, the other team also does well in terms of flavor innovation. Thandai, paan and rose flavor was created by Navneet and Ripu, while the other duo of Nisha and Sachin sat safe from the previous challenge in the week as winner. The challenge saw Navneet and Ripu as clear winners, while leaving Doel and Yasmin for the elimination.

Finally, in spite of all the hard work, what took rage was the elimination round, which was meant for Doel and Yasmin, who had to undergo the pressure of recreating Gujrati snack or farsan with some said ingredients. The ingredients were raw bananas, Lilva door daland raw mango flavored ginger. This round saw Doel as the clear winner, with her platter of Lilva toor daal ke pakode, mango ginger biscuits, moong dal pickle and raw banana rolls, served with 2 sauces.

Though Yasmin was good with her presentation, her raw banana theple were too dry and mango ginger gujiya slightly undercooked, to pass the test, thereby pushing her out of the contest.

As the food reality show is nearing its wrapping up stage, tensions are soaring high amongst the audience. While the 5 star wannabe chefs are great at their skill, what's nail biting is the finale task of getting only one for that MasterChef Kitchen Ke Superstar title.
