Geets house.
Geet bring tea for kaka, snakes and b.coffee for Maan
Dishu settled on maans lap and started to feed him. Maan laughed and he started to feed dishu.
Geet:- Dishu beta, isa nahi baiththe, getdown and have snacks fr. ur plate.
Maan:- nahi, ise rehnedijiye, mujhe accha lagtha hai, ye meri dost hai aur ye hum dosthonki beech ki baath hai, aap beech me math aayiye? kyu dishu?
Dishu:- haa,, dost. ur correct. per nani ko bura lagthahaina?
[ she dont want to let down her nani, looking geet with puppy face]
Geet:-smiled saying 'noutanki '
Dishu face lighted up with 1000 wats bulb, yeaah. nani mangayi, she jumped in joy.
Geet:- Aap kuch puchne waalithi na?
Maan:- haa, actually i want to buy the tourism co. isiliye tho mai tour me aayithi to know the pblms and profits etc..
Geet:- per is me meri openion ka kya jarurat thi?
Maan:_ Actually the com. is under loss. it some how cannot able to reach the peoples trust. once i took that com. i want to bring it to the no.1 position. so here i want all actual pblms u face in the tour and where they lack to reach the heart of people,and wat r the remedies u suggest to gain the trust of people,wat do u feel in this respect.As u also there in that tour u may observe some difficulties r to say frankly faults of organisers r regarding the tour arrangments, hotels and food everything.
I know u always think about others welfare, so can u suggest some difficulties and faults that u noticed in the trip regarding everything. And if u have any remedies to the problems suggest me how we can reach the peoples trust.
Geet:_ haa,.. i observed some pblms.and i have some ideas,but i dont know how far they can be applicable by the com.
Maan:- wat r they first u tell me later we can think about their practicality.
[ guys here i am giving ideas according to my openion i too dont know how far they possible so please take as writers liberty]
Geet:- First of all in my openion,the major percentage of tourists will belong to middle age and above middle age. so we should cocentrate on this middle age people requirements.
The first and foremost is the health problem. At this age most of the people will suffer with b.p. and sugar, braething pblm, heart pblm.et...etc.. so i thought there should be a dr. in each and every bus, because anything happens at anytime. we cannot say it. so in emergency there should be a dr. and necessary medicines, a male attendant for male and , a female attendant for females. Food is also prepared separately according to their want i..e.. less oil and less spicy low fat etc...
Secondly there should be toilet facilities in the bus it self as in trains and planes. it is not possible to sugar patients to control longer. A wheel chair must be there.
Thirdly some patients will not sit long journeys hrs a few sleeper beds should be there to relax.
There should be an attendant who should take care of children during journey they can engage them with some activities, so that children will not feel bored.
The tour guides and drivers must be friendly with tourists. 2 drivers must be there taking shifts.
We should organise some entertainment in journey and it should be not playing movies etc..etc..
It should be like this';;
Interaction between tourists. in the tourists there may be dr,lawyers, psychiatrists, teachers,professors,phylosofists, politicians etc...etc... fr. all professions. so we can make them to take classes,,in the journey it self like if any yoga trainer is there they can teach others yoga, meditation etc... if musician is there can teach something like that wat ever their field they can interact with others. it brings people close and finally at the end of the tour they feel they belong to a single family,and they can feel the trip like a family trip. After the trip also they will be in contact and hosaktha hai tho plan another trip with our com. and this will be the reputation to our com.
Every time geet mention our com. maan felt happy and ownness
The first and very impartant thing u should take carei s about roads. Most of the places especially pilgrims , there r not proper pakka roads.,as many of them located on mountains.. But we should not neglect that throwing the responsible on government..As com. is also having benifit there should be some responsibility to the com.. too. there r no. of com. in tourism, they can offer some share to govt. then govt take more interest in maintaining roads. AT start the profits maybe less but on long run it will beneficiable. the journey hrs will be reduced. it may ultimately helpfull the com. the longivity of the buses will increase and the damage cost will be reduced.
At starting it will not be possible but on long run these measures surely work to reach hearts of people. At pilgrim centers u can arrange stalls fr. ur co. so that tourists can get the required things for offering to god at a minimal prize,because at that centers the prizes r too high, they may not permit their budget.. before the tour starts , u may held a meeting and inform them to told ur tour programme and wat things required to offer god. so that they can arrange them fr. here.
Maan keep looking at her in awe, how she gave no.. of suggestions in one go.
Geet:- i know these reforms will cost lot ,but the amount u spend on publicity through all media, and internet will sufficient for this.
Maan remembered Nainatars advise to sped on publicity,by media etc...etc...,here geet is giving impartance to oral publicity. he smiled comparing nainatara to geet.
