You know Waneek, I somehow never can blame MAnav for being angry about what happened to Soham in regards to his upbringing. Although he can't be totally blamed for circumstances that lead to Soham being raised by Varsha in his childhood and his ultimate kidnapping, but the fact remains he became a goon. I feel what Cvs shows as MAnav's feeling towards Sohamm, is absolutely wrong. Most parents are very sad to the point of depression if children grown up to be bad/criminal individuals. The anger that MAnav has should be directed at himself and towards all the circumstance that led to what Soham has become. At the same time sad and depressed for what his first born has become. And angry at fact that Soham is a goon - you know parents who are good ppl, find it so hard, if children turn out bad - acceptance isn't that easy. Besides, not everyone become a goon because of environment, nor good environment equates that all kids will become positive inividuals. So, MAnav should emote multiple emotions regarding Soham - hurt, anger, depression and even hatred towards him. In a sense it is good to see MAnav is still holding his ground and atleast Soham has to prove his worth to his father at least.
