i think shiv is innocent ...his mom is playing games wid him....as shiv told earlier that he only luvs the girl in the potrait n nobody else.....so his mom implanted ipshita as that potrait girl(though shez not)......

the reality may b that gauri is that potrait girl...n shiv may cum to know abt this wen gauri is abt to die or sumthing n will hurt himself in order to save her....😕😳

I had mentioned the same thing in one of my earlier posts....wow, wouldn't this be awesome
