Handsome and charming, Gautam Rode who is currently basking in the success of Nach Baliye-5 and Star Plus' Saraswatichandra, says that he is currently in the best phase of his career.
"I am enjoying the space I am in currently. Nach Baliye-5 gained tremendous success and our work (Gautam and Karan Wahi were the host of the show) was well appreciated. People have started relating with my character inSaraswatichandra and it's slowly and steadily doing well. I don't think any TV actor can get better than this on Television. Nach Baliye-5 was the best show in the non-fiction genre and Saraswatichandra is one of the promising shows when it comes to fiction genre. So I think I am currently in a very interesting phase and in the best phase of my career. I am very relaxed and just working hard not thinking much about my future," said the actor who is winning audiences' heart with his portrayal of the intense Sarswatichandra.
The TV heartthrob, who has spend more than 10 years in the industry and has also tried his hands in Bollywood feels that soon the female dominated TV industry will be dominated by men, "When I look back at my career am relaxed as a person and I consider myself lucky for the roles I have done. Though, TV industry is dominated by woman, I am lucky to have played two title roles which were neither mythological norperiod drama. Actors often don't get such roles to play on TV and I think TV will soon be dominated by men," concludes Gautam.
