1) Tanveer got friend-zoned
When she brought up about if she had never left how she would probably be in Zoya's place. My gosh Asad you redeemed yourself from the previous episode with your reaction/response. This shows that whether Zoya was in the picture or not, Asad only considers Tanveer as a friend and will only ever consider her friend and nothing else and that no one can take Zoya's place in his life.
Why she thinks she still has a chance to separate them is beyond me.
2) Asad's Apology and Guilt
Asad almost had ME in tears when he went in Zoya's room and that tear fell from his eye. Gosh I loved that scene. Of course it doesn't lessen the pain his words brought her but he was so teared up over what he'd done after learning the truth that I gave him a break today. You could see this was not only guilt for what he'd said to her but like his heart was hurting at what she went through.
The only problem though is that Zoya didn't hear him apologize so . . .
Zoya looked beautiful in this scene and Asad's emotions . . . Ufff
