Ok so I have HAD IT!
So lots of mud has been slung and lots of explanations given. Now I want u people to have a look at this video and listen to her own words.
And then tell me what you suppose she should do.

1st video : Dated 1 whole year ago - May 2012 when she was in UK, a reigning star who had no qualms talking about her own inadequacies at a previous date and how she overcame the constraints.
The humility she has displayed, understanding of her own capabilities, her own limits and a true drive to succeed.
She has always been that one example I always upheld on sheer perseverance and hard work to the craft she is in.
If she applied this judgement to her own self, if she was harsh to this extent on herself I do NOT see anything at all wrong in her not liking it not being the same with someone else affecting her own work

She speaks about the offer she gets on Bidaii Sara Khan's role in 2007 during year 2012, when she is a star that cannot be disputed for her own talent.
A star who had touched the zenith of success, a star who used it ONLY as a fact, not as a thing to brag about. cz ONLY when she has actually achieved something much bigger in the same field than what she would have achieved had she done that previous role did she speak about it.

2nd video :
She landed an unknown man, whose acting quantities she had no idea of. What she knew was she was working with an experienced team, she kept her trust on them at the point and simply like every single one of us assumed that he could act.
Cz let's face it he bragged about him turning down EKTA KAPOOR'S main lead for KYPH!! 😲
When? - when he is a NOBODY in the industry!! wow!!
and he brags about the 2 films he has done, his theater activities, million auditions he has been selected at..wow what tall claims right?

"I wouldn't want to name all of them but I had declined Ekta Kapoor's Kaisa Yeh Pyaar Hai," he quips.

If you wanted to stay away from TV why did you even go for the auditions? "I usually go for auditions because primarily I am a theatre artist and it helps me polish myself as an actor. But, then I usually get selected, so I have to tell them a no.

Hence, there have been times when these people have asked me not to waste their time and mine either."

So just like us Sanaya is human too. obviously she must have also thought there was some truth in it. cz god knows we did, due to the PH's backing!!

And being the good human being and supportive co actor, she PERSONALLY REQUESTED the volatile & Young fan following she knew she had to give him time to settle!
MIND YOU she expected just like us that for so many tall claims he was worth something at the acting stakes!!

3rd and final video

her having tasted it for herself..the so called acting prowess, of in fact the lack thereof!
And when a reporter asked a direct question of her

IF F--K is replaced, what would u want the co star to be?
And she clearly says - Alll she wants in a co star is acting prowess

And let's watch the 1st video again, she looked the same angelic seraphic beauty she looks now even 7 years back which all of us know. The only difference is today she is a competent and accomplished actress who can pull off any role, any emotion under the sun to perfection.
And if she says, 7 years back she was herself was not suitable for a lead role due to lack of acting ability, her today saying the need for a good actor irrespective of the looks is simply her walking the talk!

Lots of people preach. But hardly anyone DO WHAT THEY PREACH.

Sanaya Irani is that exception.
She indeed DOES WALK THE TALK! AND DOES PRACTISE WHAT SHE PREACH!

I am proud to say that you are that beautiful, successful, humble, straightforward and honest young lady I admire, I look up to!
I am proud to say that you are that role model whose every word and action makes me realize all over again just how right I was to choose u as that one person to look up to!

Been hearing enough since a long time now! You know the problem with most people is? They do not Sanaya Irani well enough! They are always out there to judge her! Only her fans who've known her for the longest time know the person Sanaya is. She is honest, straightforward, mature and a fricking thorough professional! Whoever she works with those people only have nice things to say about her! So who are these anti fans to judge her? We couldn't care less of what they think of Sanaya! She is beautiful and popular and still she is so humble and sweet.. Always gives interviews with a smile!

People are talking about she should have teamwork? Really now? I think those people shouldn't talk without knowing facts -_- who knows the inside stories? Probably farhan throws tantrums on the sets? It already seems like he has lots of attitude! Oh and if anti SI fans are reading my comment let me be clear about one thing.. Farhan is a newbie and we have given him enough chances and we don't know him at all like we know an established actress like Sanaya Irani!

Very nice post, I think people who wants to bash Sanaya just jumped on the running train, I saw the interview and she was asked if they have a replacement, and she answered IF that's the key word but I guess they didn't heard that...

I know they must be waiting for this chance for some time...so when they heard the sbs reporter commenting that now even Sanaya wants FK to be replaced they just rushed on the train without hearing what Sanaya said...

seriously I was sick of the circus that was happening!
@bold - EXACTLY! first people should get their facts right, then see if the so called facts add up to make something sensible! cz today I thought after all the justifications given and still meeting blockheads with tunnel vision, that before making the post I should get the facts straight. I spent the past 2 hours browsing through my video collection in search of these.

cz it is easier to take things out of context and insult someone, but not understand the reality!

If 100s of people. be it co stars, producers, channel heads, directors to spot boys to fans who have met her has NOTHING but praise for her, for her personality then who are these people to judge her and throw mud and make it seem as fact!

And ahh they are so concerned about a so called newbie's career!
Do they pause to think, 1 scene that is 2 minutes on screen is shot in around 4-8 angles over and over again.
And if a competent actor gives one angle shot within 3-4 takes average the whole thing might be wrapped up within 3 hours or so.
Now think of a completely incompetent person who CANNOT act at all! And giving 100 retakes for every shot!
think of the time taken.
think of the effort wasted of the co star who does her job to perfection, but is drained doing it again and again for no fault of hers!

👏👏👏Well said Sunara. The sad part is that Sanaya fans who know how Sanaya is and that while she may be blunt she is never insensitive are also turning on her. Where did Sanaya say that FK can't act or where did she pick him out as a target. She was asked if he was replaced who she would want and she replied IF he was replaced she would just want an awesome actor which is exactly what she told the PH when they were casting for the tole and I think she said the same in some interview too before the show had even started (Raj Baddhan or Noreen Khan maybe?). She has always maintained that the success of her last pairing was down to good acting and that is all she looks for in a co star. She never said that FK should be replaced so why is the onus on her to say that he shouldn't be (as someone on another post suggested). She has supported him by asking her fans to give him time and also perhaps by giving up her dream to do JDJ (just my opinion based on how I interpreted certain things) There are always people hanging around the forum (and they have every right to be there) just to participate in spreading negativity - those people I could care less about because their words are just an indication of their petty minds but the people who claim to be fans I don't get. Have you guys actually listened to her words? Whether or not you like Chhan Chhan Sanaya is still the same person you liked before. How come when she was straightforward before you praised her and now you yourselves are misjudging her and misinterpreting her words. No, sorry not misinterpreting because there's nothing to misinterpret but misquoting her. Those who are saying they are fans but when she's wrong she's wrong...I agree but I don't see where she's wrong in this situation. It's got nothing to do with being a blind fan...I became a Sanaya Irani fan because she impressed me with her personality and if the day comes when I feel she is wrong it won't take much for me to become unimpressed but till now and including today I hold my head up high as a total Sanayaholic.

Sunara- good work. What can we do, haters gonna hate. And we all know she said IF. I think they know too, but just don't want to accept it. Here's to our doll- hope she keeps shining. It must take guts to not give in to the temptation of taking up a lead role, cos in TV you never know when you'll get another role, and there's also the problem of TV shows having similiar story lines. Good job, Sanaya. Looks like her hardwork paid off big time. And she deserves every bit of the fame she has, for she has put in real effort into her work. Also, this shows how self aware she was- she knew all her short comings. So to all those who say she should remember herself when she was a newbie- watch this. She knew her limitations very well. She just expects everyone else to, as well. Sadly , the world doesn't have as many sensible people.
