Before seeing this scene, I had thought that I had already seen the best " I love you" on screen.

The " I love...love...love you " Mr Darcy says in Pride and Prejudice. Still amongst the best said "I love you" ever!! But this one... Aha!!! Stole my heart...😳

ASR's phone conversations with every one in his family, including his Di, held a tightly controlled patience...as though he is going through the expected motions. Akash seems to be the only other person he actually seems to want to speak to..."Di ka...aur... Khushi...ka khayal rakhna"

ASR's " I love you" took a long long time coming... But when it did... Stumbling and hesitant at first... as though he had thought about and practiced this moment in his head..."Khushi... Mien... mein..." and then, ...an unpracticed, unrehearsed... " I love you! " ripped out of his soul on an exhaled breath... As though he could not hold it in any longer... A man who could not every say "sorry" or "happy birthday" ... A man who had yelled " farak partake hai!!!!"... According to him... he had already said it numerous times..."Yeh tum kya kar rahi ho?" ...His incredulous, tortured... " do you even know what I am going through ?" A man who had his unspoken words understood by his Di...had previously thought ... She ought to know how I feel... Like how the hell can I be going through this and she not know!!!

But now when they are separated, his life in danger... He knows he has to say the actual words for her sake...

I loved that Khushi is silent though all of it... He actually does not need her professing her love for him back... because despite his accusations, his hateful behavior, he knows she loves him!! Her " hum bhi aap say ...I love love you" later comes at a time when he does need to hear it!!

Barun ... Sanaya... What can I say ???? Brilliant...

Thanks for reminding us of this short, powerful scene in IPK... This is why I hang around here... 😊

one of the beautiful scene in ipk...and best confession on television besides i love u dammit ...though he MUed her ...he loved her irrevocably ... .so much that he forgot all the hate he had and MUs and loved her

and for Khushi ..it was T.H.E B.E.S.T amazing moment for her..the guy just confessed to her...despite the MUs.and all the nafrats .that shows how much they love each other..

That scene was so wonderful. As soon as he said i love u khushi i found myself skipping a heartbeat. Such was his confession. Only arshi can make us emote so much for a television series. ⭐️

brilliantly said it ridi...it was a unique confession ...which only Arhi can do like that...& when we are talking about ASR then confession has to be more unique..right dii ??...the way he expressed his feelings...aaww on which he denied continuously not to believe on it...his Khushi made him believe in it...& the way he hinted her through expressing his love ...wow that was one of the bestest thing one can show...Khushi clearly knew he is ASR for whom one can go hell bend to make him say this...he wont say it...& then she hears him saying it so easily...that made her go suspisious on it..& he also knew she won't take her love seriously but will get hint on his traping in problem...it was indeed the unique way to express feelings with helping himself to get rid of the problem...

thx for re-aliving that moment again...guess what yesterday i was watcing that scene...while making Arhi VM..& today u made post on that sam scene...wah what a friendly connection na dii...thank you so much..love ya 🤗
