3 explanations from me:

1)maybe he is indirectly tellin ipsh 'i dnt love u anymore...wen i was 14 n i loved u, i was young n i didnt no wat love was.

2) maybe it is ipsh...but he dsnt no its of ipsh wen she was 14!...but ipsh knows its her pic...dats y she has a 🤢 face....

3) dat girl in d pic isnt ipsh at all...cos if it was y is he sayin dat to her...it dsnt make sense
