Female Protagonist, a divorcee with a son. She is an orphan with no other relation than her mother-in-law Shobha and father-in-law Satyendra. They act as her mother and father and arrange her re-marriage. Marries Yash after her husband Prashant betrayed her four years ago. She was renamed as Arpita by the family members of Yash as it was an old practice but later on Yash makes everyone call her Aarti due to his possessiveness about Arpita. She is very possessive about her son Ansh. Initially doubt's Yash's intention of marriage but later regrets for doing so. She tries her best to impress Yash's daughters and at last succeeds. She accepted to re-marry only because of his son Ansh. A sincere, homely daughter-in-law and a house wife. but she is also very strong and brave. Now, she loves Yash. Now she is pregnant.
