Chapter 12 : The Marriage Proposal
"now please let me check this, the entire family is so worried with me and I don't know what actually has happened" says Taani and takes the mobile phone in her hand.
She sees the two minutes MMS where the last night incident is cleverly depicted by some short clips. It shows how Taani and Reyaansh hugged each other and one scene even shows how his lips went near to her so that it seems like they are smooching each other with great passion while both of them are completely drenched. The eye lock is even captured so tactfully so that it seems both of them are in deep love. The entire MMS can easily defeat any popular Hindi film's love making scene.
Taani becomes speechless, she needs time to adjust herself with this sudden shock. "I need a fresh shower, I don't know anything, all are fake" she cries
"now, any shower can not wipe out this crime Taani, what you have done is completely sin, arre hum logo ki baat chhoro, think about mahallawale, what will they say when they will see it, waise toh, they are talking about your absence from last night" Maami continues her shouting.."Arre, I have two small daughters, how can we fix a marriage for her?"
"Taani you have give the answer, what is all of this? what is your justification? asks Taani's elder brother
Taani leaves the place, her brain is not working now, she can't think if she ever harm anyone.
"Can you please call Taani madam, I am here with Shivam Sir's message with me" the driver calls from the door. He comes and handover a tab to Taani, who has just come out from taking a fresh bath
"Good Morning Taani, I am getting your phone as switch off, and I have not got any other contact number of yours, so I am doing this. What is wrong with you Taani, what is all that MMS, I can't believe this, I have trusted you so much, but you have not given any worth of it..I am hurt Taani" Shivam says
"But..I don't know anything Shivam, trust me.." Taani says
"I trust you Taani, but you will convince other board members, what they have seen the MMS already, sorry to say you Taani our company recently has lost a new project and it has gone to Singhanias and many of the members think that you are the main culprit as you have the affair with the CEO of Singhania, besides you know, these things can not be undermined for so long, people love this spicy humors, they are gossiping about you Taani" Shivam poses for a while and continues
"so, other board members want me to tell you that Ms Taani Sikhawat, we want you to give regisnation now, and we will send your full and final settlement check bu courier immediately. Yes we know that we should give you a prior notice, but for that we are ready to pay the monetary compensation to you"
"No..no..it can't be..It is not easy, I have to find the reason, this is not done" Taani cries and cuts the tab
She is a strong girl, but now she becomes shattered by this sudden storm which has blown her everything from herself within a very few hours - her job, her confidence, her dignity, her self-respect everything
"I need to find out..I need to search the actual reason.."Taani keeps telling and leaves the house without telling anyone where she is going and how she get the actual thing.
"arre Taani beti, have you gone mad? where are you going? batake toh jao.." shouts her grand mom, only she thinks of her, so she shows her anxiety

"What the f**k man..have you lost it? or you are a blind? can't you see a car is running on the road?" shouts Rey for a lady who just come in front of his car suddenly. He just manages to hold the break, otherwise, she must have gone forever. Rey gets down from the car and goes to that lady
"What is wrong with you Ms Sikhawat? what if you come under the wheel? have you lost your mind? can't you see the traffic light properly?" Rey says loudly
"toh kya hota..mar hi jatee nah, yes I have lost my mind and that is all because of you Mr Singhania" Taani says
"You calm down, what happened? ohh yea that MMS? yea, I also got this one today morning..but this is a fake one, Ms Sikhawat, all rubbish" Rey says while bringing her to the side of the pavement
"You are so grand Mr Singhania, you are rich, you must not be bothered about this negligible thing, but my reputation, my image, is everything for me, you can't understand..I have also lost my job, and now I have nothing with me..I am no where..that particular night couldn't take everything from me..many people are saying many things about me..they are laughing at me" Taani says while crying
"This is wrong Ms Sikhawat that I am not concerned with it, I also love my image, reputation, this must be done by the members who are jealous of your and Shivam's relationship, they never accepted your promotion and importance in that company..trust me Ms Sikhawat, this is must be done by them" Rey wants to clarify himself
"I don't trust anyone Mr Singhania..all of you are same..I will find the truth for sure, this MMS has made me guilty, I want to prove myself correct" Taani starts crying and starts walking to leave the place
"Let's get married then" Rey says in firm voice which makes Taani stops
"Yes, I am ready to marry you, the day after tomorrow, and you have to decide now if you are also ready or not, tell me Ms Sikhawat, this entire mess can be solved and we can keep them quiet if we marry..you have five minutes to decide and your time starts now" Rey orders her
"Is this kind a game show you think Mr Singhania where I am your puppet? whenever you wish, whatever you wish, you will get it? do you really think so? and you are joking with a holy thing like marriage which is fixed by GOD in heaven" Taani asks
"now I am only fixing our marriage here Ms Sikhawat and your time is running, I am in serious mood, but you have to decide if you are ready to take this opportunity, your family, your problem can be solved" says Rey.
Taani keeps silent this time, she can't able to understand what is actually going on
"so, your time is about to finish, I am going, don't blame me further" Rey starts to leave
"Wait..Stop..I am ready" says Taani
"Ohhh Okay, fine, cool..then i will arrange everything for this marriage and will inform your about the venue, you have to do one thing, just to reach the venue on time meri dulhan, Reyaansh Singhania is going to marry, this must be a grand one" Rey says loudly with a self satisfaction voice.
Taani stands still with an unknown fear in her mind.
Pre cap - the intention of Rey will be reveled, the teaser part has reached, TaaRey wedding for the next few chapters
