here's a fanfic: My heart beats faster when i hear u😆

Anjali was studying in college but on the weekends she had a part time job as a radio DJ! She had started working for radio masti which was really popular among the young people of mumbai. At the radio station anjali had made great friends with everyone, especially shweta who also worked there but wasnt a DJ...

In another part of mumbai...there was a young guy called kavy...he had just graduated and had started in first job in a law company....at home kavy's mum is in a hurry to get him married while his dad is less pushy....

Kavya's mum: Kavya i have found a girl for u...she works for radio mirchi and she is studying aswell...she is perfect for u...her name is..
Kavya: [interupts] but ma..i dont want to see any girl...and this radio mirchi sounds so stupid...
Kavya's mum: i dont care what u say...i'm gonna make u see her![she goes]

The next morning, kavya was driving home from work when his radio started making weird sounds....like eeee aaaa ttttt etc
Kavya pressed a few buttons on his radio and suddenly he heard a loud confident voice

The time is 5.30pm...my name is anjali...and i will be with u until 7 on ur favourite radio station... radio mirchi!!!
The theme of the show today is love...do youngsters today take love too lightly? please send me ur comments on this....i would love to hear from u.....

Kavya was really suprised....he really liked anjali's voice, her style and her confidence... 'could she be the girl mum has picked for me?'....he was feeling happy.....

That evening kavya listened to the radio non stop until 7...he was sad to hear anjali leave....

Suddenly lightening had struck kavya....he decided he would email anjali and ask her for her phone number....

Meanwhile....anjali went home.....she phoned shweta and they chatted for a while...
Shweta: anjali guess what?
anjali: kya shweta?
shweta: anjali my wedding has almost been fixed...
anjali: waaatttt!!!!!! thats great news...with who??
shweta: well i met his family...his mom loves me...i told her how i work at radio mirchi and that i'm studying also...she told me she would ask her son to see my pics and listen to radio mirchi...
anjali: wow thats great.....but shweta u only read the news for 5 mins on my show....i wonder if he heard u?
shweta: i hope he heard me...anyway i have to go..bye

kavya writes an email to anjali:
dear anjali,
ever since i heard u on radio mirchi i cant stop thinking about u....i really want to meet u....please give ur phone number..or atleast reply to me..
love kavya

kavya's mum: i have fixed ur shaadi with that same radio mirchi girl..
kavya: aaaaannjjj...
kavya's mum: [interupts] her name is shweta..
kavya: wat no!....her name is anjali!
kavya's mum: who is this anjali?

kavya's mum looks annoyed: 'kavya u really shouldnt watch so many films...real life isnt like hindi films'
Kavya: but mom...i just think it would be exciting to have a love marriage...
kavya's mum: well i gave u so much time to find a girl and u wasted it..now u have to marry the girl of my choice!

Kavya sat and thought about anjali all night...she still hadnt replied to him!

Anjali was in her room...checking her email when she came across kavya's email...she read it...and then read it again...and then thought for a while...
'He sounds like a cute guy...maybe i should give him a chance...but then i dont know him...and it's not safe to meet random guys...'

Anjali's reply to kavya:
dear kavya
thank u for ur sweet comments...i'm sorry i cant give u my phone number...but u can correspond with me by email.
take care and keep listening to my show..

kavya read this email..and he was over the moon coz she replied and sad coz he didnt get her number...

Next day he listened to anjali's radio show again:

anjali: hey guys...i have great news for u....next week i will be hosting this show from singapore...hopefully it will be very interesting for u and me...
blah blah blah blah....

kavya: mom i'm going to singapore next week....it's important..
kavya's mum: what...thats great....shweta is also going to singapore next week with work...maybe u two can meet up there..and get to know each other....
kavya is annoyed but relived that his mum didnt stop him..

kavya is the plane....shweta and anjali are sitting on the same flight...kavya doesnt recognise any of them...he just knows their names..

will kavya meet anjali finally? will he like shweta more?? or will he like anjali?
