Rohit Paudel, Nepal Captain: We'll bowl first. Finally, we got the toss win. I think the wicket for the first four, five overs is going to be difficult, but whoever bats good in the first four, five overs then can capitalise at the later part of the inning. But the first five overs have been a difficult task. So as a bowling unit, we need to make most of that five overs. If you see collectively in this tournament, the first game we batted really well. After that, I think in both the games, we didn't back our expectations. So we would love to bat well and have some good partnerships in the middle. We have one change - Jora comes in place of Karan KC.

Richie Berrington: We were probably going to look to bowl first as well, but it looks a good surface. Obviously our first game on this pitch here tonight, so it's going to be important that we adapt well, and when we do first, we have to do it really well. Yeah, look, I think it's been a... We've shown a lot of good performances through this tournament so far, and there's definitely a couple of areas that we'd like to improve on, and tonight's another good opportunity to do that. (on him having a great time against spin) Yeah, look, obviously it's one of my strengths, and I think it's just backing my best options, and thankfully it's come off so far, and obviously it would be nice to do it again tonight. You know, we're against Nepal, that's one of their strengths, so we're going to have to play that part of the game really well.

Nandan Yadav to Michael Jones, FOUR, square of the wicket

4 Nandan Yadav to Michael Jones, FOUR, Nandan has been greeted with a boundary. Jones gets in a great position. Gets on top of the bounce and punches it with a high elbow through cover-point region. The outfield does the rest

SCO 34/0 after 3.3 overs

STAT: Fourth times George Munsey have been involved in a 50+ opening partnership in T20 World Cups – the joint most by a player from an Associate team, alongside Stephan Myburgh of Netherlands.

Every delivery from Airee’s spell has drifted over one degree – he has generated the most drift on any bowler in the Powerplay in an innings this edition to have bowled more than one over.

STAT: Only the second wicket picked up be Nepal in their last 38 overs across three innings this competition.

Sandeep Lamichanne has gone wicketless in the last three T20Is. Only once previously in his 72-match old T20I career has he gone wicketless in back-to-back matches – his first two matches in the format, back in July 2018.

Nandan Yadav to Matthew Cross, out Bowled!! Matthew Cross b Nandan Yadav 4(2) [4s-1]

Nandan Yadav to Matthew Cross, THATS OUT!! Bowled!!

4

Nandan Yadav to Matthew Cross, FOUR, too straight from Nandan. Cross clips it fine and past short fine leg fielder. The man in the deep had no chance of stopping that as the ball races away on the turf
