I won't buy this marriage until Razia submits the paper's in the marriage registrar's office.. There are certain procedure to be followed.. Just a sign can't get them married... What if Badi Bi steals the paper's and destroy it... What if Razia misplaces it and Humeira comes to know about it... What if Ayaan, finds out the truth before she has submitted the paper's... There can be so many possibilities... I'll wait till they finally announce them to be married...

Im confused...I dont know if to be happy or what...😕

This is a good thing obviously but not the way it happened...

You can only marry another lady or have another wife like a 2nd 3rd 4th if you are helping her or special circumstances.

For example, Our Prophet Muhammad (P.B.U.H) had many wives because most of them widowed, or were in need so he married them and then got them their own house etc so he would provide for them to help them not to enjoy with so many girls since he liked them. He had only 1 wife whom he had married like married for a family and the rest were to help them.

(just putting that out there LOL ^)

SO The ayaaan thing marrying his wifes sister wouldn't happen.. that would be weird first of all and secondly I don't know why someone would do that.. and thirdly I do not think the Zoya-Ayaaan will happen unless Ayaan-Humeira get divroced. Even then it would be weird Lol & Also since they are showing a muslim family.. even though they are legally married.. they didn't say "qubool hai" LOLLL And you have to say that also in order for a Nikaah to happen.

But in legal terms they are married now since they signed the papers! I am happy they're married so now it'll be Asad-Zoya and no Ayaan-Zoya :)

But since this is a show.. you never know!

Razia has to file those documents first, don't celebrate yet.

Would that count as them being married?

I live in England, and here if someone deceives you into signing something it is deemed invalid, isn't that how it is in India?

But then again this is a show, so anything's possible, after all even Tanveer thinks she can make Asad marry her and fool him into believing her kid is his, even though she's been pregnant for months - and she has no bump.😆

@Lionessxo: it was my understanding that a malwi has to recite the nikkha (mention of mehr is done here) and the couple has to say qabool hai 3 times (now they are religiously married). After they say Qabool hai 3 times they have to sign the nikkha nama (the legal nikkha document) in order to be legally married. There has to be 2 separate witness from the boys side and 2 separate witness from the girls side. Both the girl and guy are not aware of what they have signed so in this case so i think it can void right?

That is correct since thats what I have always seen when I have been to weddings and have read also.

Yeah this will void because the nikaaah is not done here and the boy + girl are unaware.. so how can they be Islamic-ly married? They have been decieved.. so this will be invalid.

So I think Badi B will find out and then rip the papers.. since it doesn't make sense... the nikaah is not done so they aren't Islamic-ly married but are legally but since they are portraying a muslim family as muslim induviduals.. they would follow the Islamic Nikaah.. so since thats not done then they are not married.

Also as I said before.. the couple thats getting married has to be aware that they are getting married hence they say "qubool hai" 3 times + the witnesses.
