Essentially, this episode revealed Jalandhar as a genius - rounding up both Kubera & Yamaraj.

Making Yamaraj his pradhan senapati was a masterstroke. Of course, some history would have served Jalandhar well - like had he known about Yamaraj's previous tryst w/ Mahadev over Markandeya, when Yamaraj had to give up taking Markandeya home. But by making Yamaraj his commander, Jalandhar now has a senapati who can't be killed - I mean where will they send him if he dies? Yamalok? 😈🤣

Seeing Jalandhar's Machiavellian characteristics was just too good. His describing how to manipulate people by knowing their one weakness and blackmailing them over it - he really should have tried that w/ Narada. But Sukhi ain't a bad target either.

Ganesh & Kubera were funny as well. What's it - have they changed the actor playing Kubera - he seems much uglier this time, even if he's just as obese. I also didn't exactly get what good all his wealth is in this war - is it just to keep it away from Mahadev's allies? In which case, Jalandhar needed to nail his 'sister' Lakshmi even more than Kubera.

On Jalandhar & Sukhi, I actually agree w/ Jalandhar's POV, as described here: Sukhi had no qualms using him to become a leader of the asuras & claiming justice for them, while witholding important information in the build up. Had Sukhi taught him that Mahadev alone was fair to the asuras, Jalandhar may not have loathed him as much. But he witheld those 3 things - the fact that Jalandhar was Shivansh, the fact that Mahadev was not one of those typically unjust towards the asuras (unlike Narayan) and now the fact about what it would take to destroy Jalandhar. Once one is discovered having abused that trust, it's hard to claim credibility or goodwill. No wonder Jalandhar walked out on Vrinda when she told him that Sukhi was the one who had taught her that prayer.

So Monday, Parvati will remember her sons, but not yet Mahadev? It's bizarre - remembering that she's married but not who her hubby is. She should have simply continued wearing her bachelorette saris until that cleared up. But looks like next week, Parvati & Jalandhar will meet, since he now knows thanks to his 'father' Varuna that Parvati is needed to help Mahadev slay him.

Oh, and starting monday, Ganesh's elephant head will be back - Sadhil can no longer be his natural self 😔
