This talk of Aamir as a family man is amusing. Looks like people have forgotten his problems with his own father and brother few years ago, and absolute doldrums in his life a decade ago when he had illegitimate child with Jessica Hines, divorced Reena, got sunk in alcohol and was on an affair spree with women ranging from actresses, assistant directors to even Barkha Dutt!

Yes it is nice that he is stable now and all is well with him now. But it's only "now".

And if others are hauled up for their past every moment then why should his past be put aside and why should he be viewed as a saintly family man?

I salute his former wife Reena for supporting him. She's doing it all for her kids and this is what I call true grit. An ideal woman - she divorced him when things got too much, but she never slandered him or show bitterness. If AK's considered a family man now, it is all credit to Reena and her dignified stoicness that Aamir has been able to strike a balance.

(Same for Jaya for keeping her marriage and family intact despite AB-Rekha affair!)

The very fact that Reena and Aamir's kids with her are so comfortable with Aamir, Kiran and their kid shows that there was no acrimony and bitterness between them.

Whilst, Sridevi did not even dare to come to the funeral of Mona Kapoor and face the Kapoor Family and her husband's kids from his first marriage.

Aamir did not tie a rakhi to Kiran...Kiran was not a mooh-boli behen of Aamir...😆


I don't think anyone knows what happened between aamir-Reena-kiran but Aamir does not embarrass his first wife unlike Boney by giving interviews about his love life...

Aamir Khan had guts to divorce...play alimony...take care of his kids...Boney never divorced his first wife IIRC...on top of that after her death shameless proclaims how he went after Sridevi when she was staying in his house along with Mona Kapoor...

Aamir looks young and fit. I like these family moments
