so onir- a strapping young famous doc with wife kingshuk banerjee (supposedly a well-off girl) decided to hide his marriage with kingshuk and married a pregnant purvi to...to...achieve what exactly?it cant b money cause she has non, it cant b 'darmiyan' cos he sleeps on the floor like ramu kaka, it can't b pari (maybe he can't have kids. doesn't make sense anyways they could've adopted) because he gave her up to arjun pretty quick. so what in the world could he want from this woman so badly that he would be willing to lose his license, his own house, his sheher, his money, his dignity. can ANYONE answer that? what could b a remotely probable reason for dr. onir dutt to even want to be associated with purvi (other than her crack tea) with no fringe benefits and only total barbadi when he has/had, as many are guessing-a rich wife and a career. it can't b her superior beauty- she has zilch to offer and he had offers to get real rich very quick so it cant be manav's wealth. the D's and K's dont know any bengalis so cant be revenge.

Maybe that's why Onir married Purvi. Since he knows DK left his mother pregnant just like Arjun did with Purvi. So maybe he wants to take revenge on DK by making Arjun suffer.

Teju, its just we as viewers remember so many things...but CVs hardly remember those...they flip-flop things just like anything...when purvi could tell onir that she doesn't have any family, then why cannot onir tell some lies to purvi...may be onir ranaway form vyshu and ended-up with bengali family...

nonone never took name of Madhuri-Dharmesh kid after leap...ruchi is shown, and they talk about vandu's daughter...but never someone talked about madhuri-dharmesh kid, also i remember Madhuri was pregnant again, so there might be one more kid also, they kept so many things in gray...

but my angle is highly impossible...as purvi and that boy will be cousin siter-brother...but as there is no exact blood relation as purvi is adopted by archu and that boy is dharmesh's son, so they can still be okay...
