My prediction is that tanveer will make Asad believe its Zoya who's pregnant as the blood test results will be under her name and tanveer will set it up from the labs that the results are delivered home. Then Asad will believe tanveer although deep down he will know he's wrong but with his pride and this would be an opportunity for him to cancel the wedding without disappointing his Ami by being directly responsible for it.

I don't think Ayaan will have anything to do with zoya and asads marriage plans.
Razia of course will get back to Bari Bi...
