With those words saras conveyed how much he cared and loved kumud.
When Saras ordered Kumud "Jao yahan se abhi ke abhi" the authority in his voice conveyed that he considered Kumud as family member. So the silent soft Saras can get angry and authoritative when required too. He acted very well in that scene a new facade of his acting we got to see today "angry young man saras"
Hope he shows such authority in front of Guman when she humiliates Badima or Kumud. I know he considers her as mother and a mother-son relation cannot exceed certain limits of respect. But he need not shout or humiliate her as a mother but he can definetly inform her his thoughts about her behaviour towards badi ma and Kumud.
