1. Rani gets all the work done at home early. Surekha and Aarti are surprised to see everything done. Rani brings them breakfast. Surekha is still surprised and is unable to say anything. Just then, Raj comes and tells Surekha that he is taking Rani out.
2. Rani asks Raj as to where is he taking her but he tells her that it's a surprise. He takes her to her dad's house. Yash is happy to see them together. Rani tells her dad that she kept on asking Raj where is taking her but he didn't tell her that he is bringing her to meet him. Yash asks Mai to bring some refreshments for Raj and Rani. Raj tells Yash that he is not a guest in his house but Rani probably is. Rani jokingly tells Mai that Raj always teases her. Raj, Mai, and Yash start laughing. Rani then goes to the kitchen with Mai. Raj gives Yash a small gift and also apologizes for not visiting him earlier. Rani and Mai return with the food and refreshments. They all have a great time together. After a some time, Raj tells Yash that they have to leave. Yash insists on staying for a while but Rani tells him that they would go.
3. Puneet and Shalini are with Karan in his car. He inquires about Rani. They tell him that she still hasn't retuned from Calcutta. Just then, Karan sees Raj and Rani eating pani puri along the street and is shocked. Shalini tells him that they didn't know that she has returned. Karan gets down of the car and approaches them. Shalini tries to stop him but to no avail. Rani is surprised to see them. She introduces Karan to Raj and tells him that he is an old friend; and introduces Raj to Karan as her husband. Karan asks her as to when did she return from Calcutta but Rani tells him that she didn't go to Calcutta but went back home from Shalini's house. After Rani and Raj leave, Karan gives Shalini and Puneet an angry look.
4. At home, Karan shouts at Shalini and Puneet for using him in their plan to separate Raj and Rani. They tell him that they want Rani to get married to him but Karan tells them that she looked so happy with Raj. He tells them that he loves Rani and can't forget her. He also tells them that he would never forgive them for what they did to him.
5. The next day, Rani takes out Raj's shirts and discovers that a button is missing in every one of them. Just then, Raj comes with a smile on his face. Rani places the shirt on him and tells him that he has to go to the office wearing that shirt. He asks her whether she wouldn't stitch the button and she says no. He tells her that he worked so hard removing those buttons from the shirts but in the end, his hard work won't get paid. Rani laughs at him. He gives her the needle and thread and she stitches the button. Then, she hugs him.
6. Aarti tells Rani to pay the electricity bill, as Surekha has instructed her to do it.
7. Karan is thinking about Rani. He calls at Raj's house and asks for Rani. Aarti tells him that she has gone to pay the electricity bill.
8. Rani arrives at the place where she has to pay the bill. She doesn't know what to do, as it is her first time to be there. She asks a man for directions and he helps her. After she pays the bill, she is instructed to go to the first floor. Just then, Karan comes there and tells her that he wants to talk to her. She tells him that they would have lunch together with Raj some time but he tells her that he wants to talk to her alone. Rani tells him that she still has to pay the bill but he offers to let someone he knows do it. She refuses, telling him that she wants to do it herself. He tells her to come out with him for a few minutes, as he has to tell her something important but she refuses to come and tells him to tell her what he wants to in this place. He tells her that he loves her. Rani is shocked.
