its obvious it was not done intentionally, but its also a sign to madhu to let the fire go that is burning in her heart, bappas sign to her, madhu is not rk she has a pure heart.

If it could mean what you are thinking it means. It CAN ALSO mean...

God knows what is in madhu's heart. He knows she is not married to rk. Im not talking about the legalities or the rituals or rather lack of. I mean in her heart. He also knows that she would not want to lie to him and do a sham of a havan when she does not consider herself a suhagan. So...he helps her out of the dilemma and has her END the ritual before it has even begun by putting the fire out. 😊 . Yup. God's on her side!
