What an unfair contest it was today ! The Red Team worked so hard, played and gelled together as a team and yet they lost!
I think there were multiple things where I felt the game was not played by the rules and no one objected!
1. For one, for the blue team - they forced many a times to the same customer to ring the bell multiple times and counted as many bells and that was completely not right. Ringing the bell means how many satisfied customers you have, and if same customer rings the bell multiple times - how can the bell be counted that many times.. Ultimately the gauge of bell was on how many happy customers you got, and it was completely evident that the Red team had lot more of them. This was completely unfair, and shocked that the judges turned so blind on this !!!
2. Suddenly mid-way, the Red team was robbed by 5 points and Blue team had 5 points gifted to their kitty! And the logic given was based on the taste of food by judges.. Again, if we look at y'days episode it was very apparent from the comments that judges liked the food for the Red team equally if not better ! Then why this bias today.. Just to play by the script and ensure Red team loses ??
3. The hospitality and customer service for Red and Blue teams were miles apart.. While Doyal turned out to a real good sales person this time, showing good front ending skills, being really friendly and soft with the customer including babies, and even adding an entertainment quotient; on the other hand the customer service from the Blue team was terrible to say the least.. While Navneet did not even know what was expected of him and completely failed in his task, I also found the attitude of Aditi extremely rough towards the customers! She was almost forcing food down a customer's throat and forcing people to ring the bell !! I found it extremely gross to say the least !!!
All in all - an episode where all rules of the game went for a toss, the bad script and pre-decided winners was evident on the face and the really deserving team lost out like this!!
