Zoya's story is not plagarized. Here's the difference:

Pankh is a story of a boy who in his childhood used to play girl's role in movies. He was forced to do it by his parents for money. Hence when he grows up he is confused about his sexuality and becomes a drug addict. Bipasha Basu plays his imaginary friend/alter ego.

This movie highlights the malpractice of casting children in a role opposite to their gender.

Bombay Talkies (Zoya) is a story of a boy who is a fan of Katrina. He imitates her much to his parents annoyance and dreams of meeting her some day. One day his dreams comes true and he finally gets to meet her.

This movie is about a boy who is obsessed with Bollywood heroine.

But does this in the end screw up with both their sexuality/gender identities or not? Because if that's similar, then I can see why Sudipto is accusing Zoya of plagiarism.
