Purvi is a selfish person...

She ruined so many people's lives on the act of being "mahaan". She is actually just a wanna-be archuna[sacrificing and all that]. Also she has done several mistakes that she wanted to cover up, and when they found out, she says she did it for the sake of sacrifice. I used to love her character before when she used to stand up for herself, her mom, and her colleagues. She also used to be a hard working, liberal and kind girl. I also used to love her pair with Arjun. But, after the episode she demanded Arjun to marry Ovi, I started to hate her. That was selfish of her bc she ruined Arjun's life forever, for her mom.
