@bold I don't even know what to say because you just stole the words from my heart 😊 Heck, I'd be happy to go play Zoya's BFF even though I live halfway across the world from India.
As for Asad being 'pushed' towards realizing his feelings - I actually thinks he knows he loves Zoya, but is in MAJOR DENIAL mode. Like, major. The thing that annoys me, is he is always compelled to do these things (Managalpur-wala Asad types where he switches from being a cold-hearted insaan to a lover who is becoming maniacal without his beloved ) by a second source. I think there's been enough development throughout QH for him to start LISTENING to Zoya and avoid misunderstanding her every. Single. Time.
If I could I'll fly over to India to be her BFF and to give Asad a good hard kick on his backside (and what a backside it is *drool*)
See that's where my thoughts differ from yours, I for one don't believe he's in the stage of love yet. Yes, he's attracted to her and yes he cares for her but I don't think he loves her - not yet. HA HA, like I always say, hell will probably freeze over before Asad listens to Zoya. Like you said there has been enough development for him to start listening to Zoya to avoid misunderstanding, but we go right back at the topic in hand 'trust' Asad doesn't trust Zoe as far as he can throw her, even though she hasn't given him any reason not to and as long as he doesn't grow to trust her, any development is completely moot.
