aayan and zoya get married but aayan divorces her. realizes that he loves her and asks his brother to marry her and divorce her just so he can marry her again, becuase according to Nikah Halala a husband cannot marry his wife unless she is remarried and divorced by the second guy also.

i would really hate to see the story go that way...

After 3 divorces from the first husband the woman has to marry someone else and get a first divorce from the second husband.

Then the decision lies completely on the woman to marry the first husband again or marry the second husband.

The concept of Halala is however not accepted in Islam if it is preplanned. (Ayaan and Asad decide on it)

Then the woman if married whomever it becomes invalid. They had to marry afresh and then again the three divorces can be applied.

Ok I understand that this concept is very much there in Islam but I guess such a topic should not be shown on television.

If it were an Islamic country then they are used to seeing such things but in India and the US, UK, Other Non Islamic countries I think it is too much for the audience.

I dont think the story line is gonna go that way. Cvs want their trps to go up. So they will show the things that audience wants to see. And as far as the Halala goes,the couple has to consumate and also the nikah can't be right if it is done with the intention of hlala. It's just if it happens like that. I think the cvs won't show something which is misleading a concept of any religion.
